I paid over ****** for a new front door. In full. New frame w steel screen. It was installed 6-19-23. as the months went by, it became harder to close the door. Someone came out, redid /cut out part of the area where the lock clicks into the frame and it was easier to close the door. Not totally smooth, it doesn't just close easy, but locks and bolts when you push on it. Now the screen door doesn't catch. That can't be locked. I called, was told someone would call me back , but no one has. That was 3-14-24. I'm angry that I paid over ****** for a door package, and they didn't install it well, so locking is an issue. Thank you for your help in resolving this.

I not only paid the final $6000 balance for the job, but I mistakenly sent an a $1000 overpayment. I did indeed receive additional parts for the completion of the job, but not the radius trim pieces to replace the parts that were not made improperly. The workmanship on the circle top windows is atrocious. It does not match at seams. The radius is not fit properly. I only said I would consider doing the work to get it done as it at this time it is over a year since I signed the contract. I notified the representative that I did not feel it was something I could do, as I did not have all materials and it really is part of what I was paying for to have the jocompleted to a workmanship level.
