Recently, I asked for customer service assistance with a problem. They were responsive and helpful and solved my problem immediately. I am happy because I really like Snow Teeth Whitening products. My LED Whitening Electric Toothbrush **** 2) is the best electric toothbrush I have used in 20 years. I appreciate the difference it makes in my oral health; and I am 73 years old.

I am absolutely thrilled with my results from Snow Teeth Whitening! I was skeptical at first, having tried other whitening products that were either too harsh or didnt deliver noticeable results. Love love love this Toothbrush ?? although it comes with a Charger, you do not need to keep it on the charger. The toothbrush alerts you when it needs charged. Great feature! 5 starsI purchased the starter kit. I used the gold pen, which has the higher concentration of the serum. Within a week I noticed my teeth getting whiter. I then used the silver pens, which has the lesser concentration of the serum. I would highly recommend a person to give it a try. It's reasonably priced compared to other products on the market. I would use the gold pen first, then the silver pen for maintenance. The only negative I have, is there was no instructions in the kit on how to work the pen. How much serum should be on the brush. For example, I did two turns on the pen, until I saw the serum at the bottom of the brush. I would also like a recommendation in the instructions on how often I should use the product.Review fromGilot
