    I am not liable for this debt with ALLY FINANCIAL, I do not have a contract with CONSTAR FINANCIAL SERVICES LLC, they did not provide me with the original contract as requested.

    Constar Financial Services is not a furnisher to credit reporting agencies. As such, we cannot remove any reporting done by our client,Ally. Any request of this manner must be made directly with the organization that submitted the information.

    I am writing in response to your agencys handling of the account on behalf of your client, *********. It has come to my attention that Constar Financial Services LLC is asserting that it is not responsible for information reported to credit bureaus. However, as the debt collection agency placed to represent *********, Constar Financial Services LLC is, in fact, an authorized representative for the creditor and, therefore, holds responsibility in addressing and, where applicable, rectifying information related to this account, including credit reporting actions.


    As the representative of the client, Constar Financial Services LLC must handle any necessary actions related to the account, including ensuring that accurate and fair information is provided to credit bureaus. Please verify the accuracy of all information reported in connection with this account and take prompt corrective action if necessary to prevent any undue harm to my credit standing.

    Representative of this company keeps calling me and asking for my brother and for other information but refuses to tell me why. They are rude and harassing. I have no business with them or know who they are.

    Constar Financial Services apologizes to ************************** for the calls and his perception that our representatives have been rude because we refuse to tell him the purpose of the call. ************************** may not know that federal law prohibits us from disclosing this formation. We have removed his telephone number from the account.

    On 07/ 11/2024, spoke with constar about the settlement of the account for ******. I was told to wait until July and they would contact me. I spoke with customer service representative and informed Constar I having financial difficulties. Thats all I can afford. The representative refused to listen. This isn't the first time I have to have this conversation. I would like to settle for ****** as agreed. They did not send me a statement in the mail as requested for this settlement amount as agreed.

    Constar Financial Services disputes the allegations made by ****************** in this complaint.I, the Chief Compliance Officer, listened to all three recordings of our contacts with ****************** (June 18, June 27, and July 11). During the June 27 call ****************** stated that she would not have the $191 to make the offered settlement until July. Our representative told her that any settlement offer is only good for the month offered, and that she would need to call back in July for any available settlement offer. She was not told that the $191 settlement offer would be available in July. When she called back on July 11, she was told that the client would honor the settlement if it were paid today, and that she understood that failure to place a downpayment on the offer in June, negated the offer.

    I explained to representative, I would have the money in July. As someone will be giving me the money to pay in July. It appears I was being harassed to pay a bill the same day, when the company knows I didn't have the funds at that moment. I was willing to pay 191 when I receive the funds to pay for the month of July so the matter could be settled.

    If the consumer could not pay the same day, it means that they could not take advantage of the offer tendered. Our client is not required to extend the offer until the consumer decides that they want to or can pay.

    i failed to understand why the business would believe I can pay the same day. If that was so the bank wouldn't have sent it to collection. As I stated before, I can pay the 191.00

    Returned my leased vehicle on time a month early back in August 2023 to centereach ******** Leased another vehicle through them and have been getting letters stating I have never returned the original car. I have repeatedly called them and have gone down to the dealership. They say they grounded the vehicle. However I had a tow truck driver come to my residence looking for it, and my credit score has gone down, I am receiving letters from collections now. I would like help resolving this issue.

    On March 28th, My Ally account was sent to ******************** Ally for collections I called and asked for a pay to delete option and they told me I could pay $534 so I did that day. It is may 19 and my account still shows delinquent

    I have asked this company to cease from calling me over 37 times. Today I sent a text to ************ since it registered as a cell phone. I receive calls everyday, approximately 5 times a day from different numbers. I block each one of the numbers with ****** area codes. Then they start to call from ******** numbers. Some of the numbers with ******** area codes include *****************-614-1360, ************, ************ and ************. These idiots do not say a word, but I let them know that I know who they are and they are to stop calling my phone. As you can see it has not stopped. The last call was only moments ago. They call all hours of the day and night, any day of the week. I am the owner of this phone number and I said they are NOT to call my number! I've filed a complaint with the *** a few moments ago. Another call from them and I will file a law suit.

    I kept getting bombarded with numerous calls over and over a day from Constar Financial with made me physically stressed. Im sure its illegal to get bombarded with so many calls all hours of every day. I finally had time to call them and a representative picked up and hung up on me not once but 2 times as I was speaking very unprofessional I was trying to setup an arrangement but they were just rude.

    We have investigated the complaint made by ****************. Our telephone records, which are maintained for all calls made, show that only 3 attempts were made to reach him. This is well within the regulations. There will be no billing adjustments. As we also maintain recordings of all calls, we dispute ****************** allegations of our representative being rude to him.

    This company is trying to collect a **** that I have already paid in full and have the email that's attached showing it's paid in full. I have emailed them multiple times with proof of payment in full by the other company with matching accounts. I don't know why they have my information or trying to collect on something that's already paid off.

    Constar Financial Services has reviewed  Mr. ******** complaint. It must be initially stated that we received correspondence from the consumer exactly one day prior to this complaint being filed, which did not allow us to investigate this dispute with our client. We have forwarded the supplied information to our client and will suspend all collections activity until such time that we receive validation to proceed from our client.

    Was more then a day I gave them to respond and I have the emails showing that. Again I have the email from Ally showing paid in full. Does not matter if they go back to them or not. I already have the email confirmation it's paid in full and it will be used in the court of law if needed.
