    Ordered a part for a vehicle on np motor sports web sight on 2/15/25 they offered a discount, on an over ******* part for a ****** truck.I made payment through pay pal.The payment for over ******* was accepted from np motor sports, I never received any conformation email on the sale, I started to reach out to np motor sports a week after the funds were accepted, not able to make any contact through phone, text, email or chat on there web sight.Finally on 2/22/25 reached out to Pay pal for help to make contact with seller, seller then responded stating they are unable to sell the product I had ordered at the price there web sight had stated, and wanted me to send additional funds for the purchase a had made.I ask for a refund at that point and ******** sports stoped responding to my requests for refund. I was forced to have Pay *** help collect the payed moneys for a product never shipped. Its now the ************************************* contact from ************************* frustrated with how there web sight offered a discount and they would not honor it, then ask for more money, then stop any contact, and not send a refund for over ******* $!

    Purchased parts from this company and have not received an update on shipping in 6 weeks.. Just take payment and dont provide merchandise

    They won't answer their phone. They will not call you back. I got no instructions 02 governors and runs this is a scammer happened

    I purchased a truck grill for my **** **** 150 from NP-Motorsports.com The first grill I received from them was the wrong grill. It was for a ******* I contacted NP-MOTORSPORTS.com and they then sent me a second grill which arrived damaged. I have tried several times to contact NP-Motorsports.com about the damaged grill and they have ignored my messages with no response. The only way to contact the company is via text message. No replies have been received to any of my messages. It seems they have chosen to ignore the problem. I would like a replacement grill or a refund. At this point either option would be great. Considering NP-MOTORSPORTS.COM refuses to ignore or even acknowledge my messages, I don't know where else to turn.

    I have contacted affirm about the company npmotorsports sending me the wrong part for my **** Gt 350. The part is a front bumper. I ordered the part in may. I contacted affirm to let them know the issue they reached out to np Motorsport I received that notice in July stating that I can return the part. When I seen the message from affirm it was to late, affirm said I missed the window and I had to contact np Motorsport myself. I contacted them multiple times on different platforms. I sent messages through instagram direct email and their respective website still no answer. I then contacted affirm again to let them know about them not replying affirm said that they will reach out. I dont know what happened when they reached out a second time because affirm did not give me an answer back. I felt like I was being robbed from affirm because I was paying for a part that was incorrect and also being robbed from the company itself because of they sent me a part that doesnt fit and I been reaching out for answers. I also moved from my apartment and have had to put the bumper in storage which cost me 180 dollars a month so I could send the part back when the time had come.
