              3 weeks ago i ordered and paid by phone for a replacement key to open my truck tool boxes this is utterly ridiculous i haven't been able to unlock and use my tool boxes this whole time frame i called the ************** several times since ordering asking when i will get the product i paid for spoke with a guy named ******* who each time gave me the same response that he was mailing out my key as we speak and still nothing ****, he could have hand carried the key to me personally by this time i am extremely upset over this whole stupid issue and demand you send me my key out immediately i've waited way to long already this is all absurd

              These people have absolutely no clue what they are doing! First, I'm a retired Master Technician, that held my A.S.E. certifications for more than 20 years. They never torqued the hitch bolts. They were tightened by hand. Then they started scratching the tail lights with a plastic binding strap that they picked up off the ground to pop my tail lights out. 4 plastic pins pop right out, and they didn't seem to know what they were doing. I went in and had them put my car back together before they screwed anything else up. I told them to keep their overpriced (almost $200) wiring harness and got one directly from the manufacturer for less than half that. They might be able to do things on trucks, but never take a car there. They're CLUELESS!

              First of all, we have been installing trailer hitches for over ************************************************************************************************************************* damage customers taillights. This customers taillights did not get scratched by us due to the process we took to care for the lights. We never tighten bolts by hand, we use an impact wrench and torque wrench. And finally, the wiring harness was $115 not almost $200 so I am sorry that this customer did not like our methods of installation but we install hundreds of trailer hitches a year and have countless happy customers plus a triple A rating by our insurance company for incidences.
