            Hello, I have purchased a car from this dealer- first set of issues arrived with the car it was dirty coins in it, receipts to dominos pizza. This of course can be scratched off as just the shipper being unprofessional. Next set of issues arised when it is discovered the car needs about ***** dollars of work to make it even pass inspection. Not sure how it even passed AZ inspection. Lastly and most importantly the dealer is refusing to send me the title of the car it has been nearly 40 days now me nor my bank the lien holders have received even a mention of it in the mail. Now I cant 1) drive the car 2) get work done on the car to even make it road safe 3) I cant even get it registered or prove I own it- this is fraud on their behalf I doubt they even have the title. It shouldnt take 40 days let alone 30 days to send the title of a car over. The only title I had received was a summeryI cannot use that to register my car they also emailed it to me not mailed

            DON'T TRUST THEM. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND HAVE DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES. I drove the car for a few hours and the air bag light came on and the transmission began to make a clunking noise. They made false promises to me when the initially agreed to fix the vehicle. They kept it a week and then refused to fix it. They denied any responsibility for selling me a car that was not road worthy. They are liars and you will regret doing business with them. RUN AWAY

            Dear ********* Please tell BBB the truth about this situation, when you first drove the vehicle you told us to tint the vehicle and change the headlights.In which we spent close to $600 for this service. We have full inspection paperwork from ****** Dealership stating no transmission problems. We told you if the vehicle has a transmission problem **************, as well as the the airbag light. What end up happening was you buying another vehicle from ****** before resolving our matter. Stating ****** told me I can give this vehicle back and we must accept it. We told you we will go to ****** with you and if it has transmission problem we would fix it. You refuse to accept it and dropped your keys off and left. We did our best to comply with you and fix this matter.
