  This place should not exist. They came to my house, rushed fix my windshield. I open my door. The door cracks where the window connects , I called to try to fix the situation technician comes back after three days, Tell me its not his fault and theyre not gonna do nothing about. It literally laughed in my face while I show the videos from that day, that prove that he ruined it, and he said prove it, and just left. Never experiences nothing like this in my life , brand new car is broken now

  The worst customer service experience ever. I got referred and had my windshield replaced. I had no issues with anyone or their service up to this point. The tech was unable to take a credit card payment and said someone would call me back. The next day I got a call from a random number with no message. Then I text from a locksmith email address that just call me back. I didn't know the two were related and wasnt going. To calm back a random number. About 45 min later got 7 more calls in 2 min and no message. Then another text saying I needed to pay or would place they would place a lien on my car. At this point I realized it was an extremely unprofessional representative from this company. They were so rude and I said if they had once said who they were or left a message I would have called back. This was a referral and had no idea how their business was ran and was told would get a call. This person started saying I should have paid and knew I owed the money they could have taken the payment at the time of service but they couldnt. The rep could have had someone call right then to get payment but they didnt, they said someone would calm and I waited for their call. And when I knew it was them, the bill was paid. Now they are acting like I didnt pay for weeks it was 24 hours and all they had to do was leave a message or if they left a bill and said call to pay I would have so disrespectful and unprofessional.

  DO NOT USE THEM. If they damage your vehicle at all they will not make it right. Had a small crack in my windshield that was starting to creep into my view. I hopped onto ****** & ran across High Tech Auto Glass and they had good reviews. Made the ****************** said 2 guys would come out to my home for the replacement. Day of the appointment one tech showed up in a really beat up personal truck & scrubby clothes. He said it would be about ***** minutes to complete the job, 20 minutes later he knocks on the door to say its done. I come out & immediately see 4 chips & a dent on both driver/passenger side A posts that support the windshield. It was obvious he found a purchase point to pry up the glue to remove the windshield & damaged my truck. This is a new truck with 23k miles on it ***********. I point out the *********** looks me dead in the eye and says he didnt do it. I was polite since there was a language barrier with the tech but I told him that for sure wasnt there. He said sorry & he would have the office call me immediately. The second tech showed up about an hour later to calibrate my sensors. I showed him the *********** said what I suspected, that the previous tech had not removed the windshield properly & to give High Tech a call & explain it. I called & spoke to **** the shop *******. He apologized for the sloppy ************** would make it right. I was told to take the truck in about a week and they would make it brand new again About a week later I took the truck as advised & dropped it off. When I came to pick it up it looked awful, not fixed at all. I immediately call High Tech and spoke to the secretary and explained the situation. The shop ******* was in a meeting but would call me back ASAP. Ive called multiple times since but due to caller ID, it always goes to voicemail. It looks like they took whiteout and dabbed it on the chips. Not joking. It was there 30+ hours and looked like something my 8 year old couldve done.

  I would give zero stars if possible. Absolutely terrible customer service. Had a new windshield installed on Friday March 1, 2024. The technician couldnt accept any form of payment and said hed let his boss know it was completed. On Monday March 4th they called and didnt leave a voicemail (I was working but googled the number), I called them 4 times immediately after, sent them a message on their website and texted them that I wanted to make my payment but didnt have their info to make the payment. They didnt get back to me until 8:13am today March 5th by text message, I was driving and couldnt immediately respond, at 10:00am a gentleman called me but I was in a work call. He then called my husband and threatened to put a lien on my vehicle if we didnt pay. I called him and told him that this is ridiculous we tried to pay the day it happened and no one could provide us the Venmo information. He yelled at me and said they installed on Friday and we should have paid Friday and we should answer his calls but again they wouldnt let us pay and they called during working hours and I immediately called back and they didnt answer. I would never do business with this company again and highly recommend finding a different company with better ethics to do business with.

  Very amazing company to work with! The customer service is outstanding and The job was efficient and smooth! I have used them a couple times for my auto glass and every time it just gets easier. They truly are hard workers and really care about their clients :)

  I can not express how Happy I'm with the service I received from High Tech Auto Glass!I have been driving around with a crack windshield for weeks and it only got worse and worse, until I finally I called them, they work with different insurance company and their price was more than fair. Technician was at my house in less than 48hrs, quick, easy and hassle free.If you need to get your windshield fix, this company is the real deal!! 5 starts!!

  This company does not do its job professionally. They changed the windshield on my car. When we arranged the work, they promised cash back. On their website you can see up to $300. They were nice until we agreed to replace the windshield. After the work was completed, everything changed. I did not receive any paper that the work was completed. And of course the cash back they promised. After several calls, they started lying and promised to send me a check within two business days, of course that didn't happen. I don't recommend working with this company. They are not professional, they lie. It is not a business, it is a company for cheating customers.

  They advertise cash back but its a lie! They said tech would bring cash with him but he brought nothing!
