I was told by the person answering the phone that they would bill my ************************** for the price of the Windshield and I would receive the rebate check of $100 on the day of installation. Technician came and put in windshield but did not have the check. Recieved check 5 days later but only for $50. If I had known this company would not follow through on what they said would be the rebate, I would have contacted another company.

This is **** with Pinnacle.
I forwarded your issue to our customer service team this afternoon, and our sales manager left a voicemail for you earlier today.
We checked our phone records and didn't find the specific call you were referring to in our recordings, but we do want to make this right. We are sending an additional $100 check to you on top of the $50 already received.
