      This was my first experience having a septic system installed. Today ***** finished installing a new septic system for a new build 3 bed 2 bath house on 11 acres. I was so impressed with ***** that I asked him where I could write a review to help others.Since this was my first experience with any sort of septic system, I felt a little overwhelmed with the idea of the project. I didn't even know how to search for and compare companies. A friend of mine who had and old septic system collapse told me how ***** had done a great job for her so I gave him a call. He answered the phone immediately, and even though busy working on another project, he took the time to give me a general idea of the cost and how he could handle the project from beginning to end including permitting with the county. I felt so comfortable with his advise and expertise, that I didn't get the usual 3 quotes before deciding to hire him. I knew I was in good hands from that first conversation.***** is professional and kind and was punctual for each meeting we had. He met with me at the property more times than he needed (even once when it was raining he walked through deep mud with me to the job site to explain what he needed to do) so that I would feel comfortable with the plans. I was told the install would probably take about 5 days. He delivered equipment on a Monday and the job was completed including passing inspection on Thursday morning. Unsolicited, ***** even went above and beyond by helping me with an unrelated electrical installation issue I had. I can't say enough how fantastic this guy is and I wish him tremendous well deserved success with his business. Thank you *****!!!!
