    Contracted to fix my microwave on September 19, 2024 and it is now December 3, 2024 and ***** ****** has never finished the job. I have called on numerous occasions and asked for a return call to let me know what was going on and Mr. ******* and AZ Appliance Repair have never responded.

    On 7/2/2024 ***** came to our home for a repair request of our refrigerator / freezer. He attempted the repair by removing the freezer door seal, placing it in our dryer ("to heat it up") then reapplied to the freezer door. ***** stated "this should fix the problem, if not call me and I will order a new replacement seal). We paid $95.00 that day for the service call. Within a couple of days the problem reoccurred. We contacted the company to advise of continued problem and requested replacement seal. To date (7/24/24) we have made 3 call attempts with no reply or response. On 7/23/24 I spoke to someone (not *****) at the company and advised them if I didn't receive a response by COB that day, I would request a full refund and/or file a formal complaint. It has now bee more than 3 weeks and the company has failed to respond to our request for follow up / repair.

    The transaction date was February 28, 2024 Amount paid to ***** A *******, owner: $288.42. My check was #**** I need to repair my ** refrigerator. The water dispenser does not work.After 3+ months of waiting, the owner, ***** A *******, refuses to return my phone calls or refund my ******* money (paid in full)I had to hire another appliance service company (Affordable Appliance Repair), incurring additional expenses and costs AZ Appliances has not refunded my money or returned any of my phone calls (refer to other complaints attached to my complaint).I spole numerous times with *****' office staff. They could not help me beyond relaying my message for a refund to the owner, ***** A *******.I have no paperwork from ***** A *******, owner, just my check as proof of payment (enclosed).
