Asking for feedback and satisfaction then not covering forgotten, or poorly cleaned items the next time, then the NEXT time. ie: Greasy, cloudy film on MW door (sorry we used same towel with stainless cleaner), film left on granite counters (we tried product X, not working got something else, same result), fronts of shelves dusted leaving dust from there back, stainless island stool, cleaning floor AROUND 8" chair legs, dining ************** bases all left with dirty mop water marks/streaks, ***************** units with 4" gaps to the floor-not cleaned or mopped under, wall cutouts dusted using a liquid (?) thus encapsulating the dust I could push into *****, erratic with trash and recycle separation, There's more, but the kicker? WE GAVE THEM AN OUT! Their LAST week, again they called to extend to Fri vs Wed, personal issues.- OK..but I ASKED "is our home too much for you??" "NO, we'll be there Fri". I text THURS NIGHT-"we'll be there at 8". I had to leave, but waited til ****- NO answer to my calls, texts, til a voicemail left while I was almost to ********* at 230PM!! "*************, we won't be doing your house anymore, I think we have 2 different 'visions'" etc. He promised to drop keys the next week-he didn't they PROMISED to ***** that week -OVER A MONTH LATER AND MANY CALLS, TEXTS. He finally got in gear when I purposely left a message on FB! We put up with stuff too long BUT in fact PURPOSELY GAVE THEM AN OUT! AND THEY COMMITTED TO ONLY DO IT THIS WAY! Their spiel was great but there's something missing, hope this helps because it took from mid January for me to formulate.

Sir we step away from your services 2 months ago. Yes we did have a chance to step away before. But after consideration we stepped away. We returned your keys. We are sorry that sometimes these things occur. We never cheated you or hurt you in any way. We wish you all the best.

This group can deflect til Kingdom Come, the facts are facts, they lied. Gave them TWO chances in same week to dissolve the contract- they chose to verify 2X they'd be here, then to NOT show up, not answer texts, phone AND voicemail, then offer a lame voicemail excuse, and like their "answer" to my review? It's everyone's fault but their. They cannot acknowledge they lied and deceived. Read the reviews on Yelp for yourself. In addition they delete ANY negative on any site they can, or take themselves off the site, FB, Home Advisor. etc. Everything was an excuse. I'm glad for BBB and Yelp. Buyer beware. they just don't get it.
