******* Land Design should add "and Engineering" to their name! We are extremely pleased with the quality of work and the beauty of the finished product. Esteban came out with a sizeable crew and had our large backyard completed within 4 days. He made sure our grading was done to perfection and added a separate watering zone for the ficus trees, along with two root feeders for every tree so the water and roots would grow downward. Not only have we not had any watering issues, like our friends and neighbors, but we can rest assured that the roots will not ruin our spectacular patio they installed or any other structure in the future. Esteban is a forward thinker since he has been in business for almost 40 years, and his experience shines forth with an extremely gorgeous, well-built product. Grading is one of the most essential yet overlooked aspects of landscaping, but not with Esteban Land Design. We have had many compliments on the beauty and quality of their work. It's our own little slice of paradise. Everything is top-notch and more gorgeous than we could have imagined. The front walkway that connects the driveway to the backyard is beautiful and well built and even includes a drain. He goes above and beyond in all he does and pays attention to every detail, big or small! We were pleased with the care we received from ****** the office manager, who is a sweetheart and made us feel comfortable during the entire process. Esteban has a heart of gold, and we knew we were in good hands every step of the way. The company is very affordable, and their work is impeccable. We highly recommend this company!

We are very happy with ******* and his crews work. They did an excellent job.. The process from beginning to end was smooth and you can see by the work completed they know what their doing. ****** who manages the billing and contracts/quotes was the key to a smooth process. 5 starsAfter receiving a call from ****** I immediately felt confident that we were in good hands. Communication was smooth and effortless. ******* provided a detailed quote followed by a clear contract, which included a reasonable payment schedule. They were true professionals from start to finish.We had grown cautious after getting a quote from another landscaper who was reluctant to provide a contract, seemed dishonest about being licensed and insured, and demanded a 50% deposit upfront. We also had a recent negative experience with painters who did a terrible job, so I was understandably hesitant to move forward with any contractor.I shared my concerns with ****** and she reassured me by confirming that they were licensed and insured, and even suggested I check with the BBB. After verifying their credentials, I felt confident moving forward.******* and his crew exceeded our expectations with their work. We are extremely happy with Estebans work. ******* redesigned our front entry and our front yard, transforming our yard from old and shabby to new and vibrant. His plant choices and material choices were superb. His crew was very professional and courteous, completing the work ahead of schedule. Any way of giving ******* and his crew 6 starts? They were wonderful. We were referred to ******* by a neighbor. A call to ***** in the office and within a few hours ******* was at the house evaluating our current (failing) irrigation system. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. If it was for work conflicts his crew would have been there with in the next day or two. Five days later (as we requested) his crew was at the house bright and early. Within 2 days they completed the entire installation of an upgraded irrigation system. The whole crew was super nice, outstanding work, never seemed bothered if we asked questions and EXCEEDED our expectations. They even noticed planter boxes down a walk way and included them on the new system - something I hadn't thought was an option. *****, as the office coordinator, was outstanding as well. Very responsive and nice to talk to on the phone, what a sweetheart. I will be recommending ******* and his team to anyone who asks.Esteban Land Design, Inc.

Under the visionary leadership of *******, with the meticulous oversight of Supervisor ****, and the efficient coordination by Administrator Becca, our outdoor spaces have undergone a metamorphosis.For three weeks, their team of dedicated artisans worked tirelessly, not just fulfilling our expectations but elevating them. Their professionalism shone as brightly as the Arizona sun, and their commitment was as steadfast as the palm trees now gracing our front yard.The grading of our land, once uneven and unremarkable, has been masterfully leveled, creating a harmonious balance that invites tranquility. The pavers, meticulously extended around the house, lead to a back patio that whispers tales of future memories. I am a snowbird. I have delt with ******************* Design for the last couple years for various issues with my landscape watering system. His crew has spent a couple Fall days cleaning up my yard after I had come back after being gone for 6 months & made piles of cuttings which they removed & blew my yard clean of 6 months of leaves, *********** cuttings.Last summer, while I was gone, I had several 3/4 water feeder breaks in which *******, at my request, sent out someone to find the breaks & repair them. His pricing was very reasonable for both the yard cleanup & as well for the emergency leak repairs to the watering system. The watering system was installed by another contractor in 2012.This late Winter & early Spring (2024), I experienced more issues with my existing watering system. Several additional breaks occurred. I became very concerned that leaving this summer (2024) was going to result in severe damage to my watering system resulting in the loss of much of the established plants/trees/bushes I called ******* & asked him to come over & give me a price to replace the entire system, to include the removal of any of the old 3/4 tubing as needed, the addition of 2 new commercial water valves & a new commercial grade control box. In addition, I wanted the entire new system to be PVCnot the 3/4 tubing that had given me so much trouble over the past 12 years. His crew came to my home on a Wednesday morning early (5:30am) & the entire job was completed by Friday @ Noon! Also, In that time period, they did some major trimming of 4 tall Mexican palms & 2 Pineapple palms & disposed of all the cuttings.I am very impressed with the crews quality of work, their attention to detail & the way my yards looked after their work had been completed: as if nothing had happened! This installation should last many years longer & give me trouble free irrigation for a couple decades-thanks ******************* Design!!Esteban Land Design, Inc.

5 starsI am incredibly pleased with the work ******* and his crew have done in my yard. They replaced the old drip system, contoured the land to push water away from the house, cut back and removed ****** mature plants, redesigned a rock formation into something much more aesthetically pleasing, designed paver pathways and planted new low maintenance species. Im thrilled with the change and the great ideas ******* had to improve my property. The work was completed quickly and professionally.
