1 starJust don't use this company. I'm at a loss after dealing with them when my AC of less than 1 year old has failed. One tech apologized and said "you got a lemon." It's 110 outside and I've had no AC for three days now. And, what is my recourse? I posted on yelp, but is that really going to do anything? The facts suggest "no". Buyer beware. I am truly amazed at this lack of service and honesty.Review fromJamie C

5 starsTech shows up 8: 30 am began work at that time put in framework to install a c unit at that that time they had the ac unit with them said the truck would be there to take down the old ac unit truck was here at 10:30 am it about 15:00 minute to take down the old ac and put up the new a c unit i ask how much longer it would be was told it be done, and going by 1:30 pm everything i was told happen just the way they said wasted no time did not take a lunch break must drink a barrel of water but kept at it till done clean up the mess very Professional done show me how to use the thermostat good job i take my hat off for them it was done in 2 days yes i would call them againReview fromJoy C

I was hit with the need to replace my AC unit at my AZ home while living in CO. This can be unsettling when you aren't present to see and talk to people. The folks at Larson provided pictures and were available to answer all of my questions. They assign a Project Manager, and I think that made the difference for me. You have one point of contact who was easy to reach. AND, once the contract was signed they installed in 2 days.
