      I purchased duct cleaning via groupon. Prior to purchasing, I contacted forever vent to make sure my address was within their service area. They assured me it was. Their fine print says service is available within 50 miles of zip *****. My address is 25 miles from that zip. I booked the appointment and waited 6 weeks for the appointment. The day before they called and cancelled stating I was outside of the service address. This is such bad business. Not to mention, because I had been assured that I was within the service area, I did not pursue other companies. Unfortunate because I have very bad allergies and desperately need those ducts cleaned. Thanks to this company, I have been suffering from allergies when I could have found a different business and had this taken care of. This is just terrible customer service and terrible business practice.

      Our team has made multiple attempts to contact you, but we have been directed to voicemail each time. Additionally, we have sent you a text message requesting confirmation of the necessary information to process your refund.       The company came out on Thursday September 8th while conducting their job they fried my mother board on my ac unit from 11-6/7pm my family including a small child and animals were sitting in ***** degrees they left with my ac broken, said their ac person couldnt come out until tomorrow 9/9 they told me to call my ac person who had availability from 4-8pm 9/8 and said they would cover the cost of repair done. It wasnt until 6pm they said it was the motherboard and wouldnt be able to replace until Friday 9/9 the next day due to dist being closed for the day. The tech who caused the damage spoke with our ac unit repair man, the owner of forever vent called me repeatedly the next morning was cursing me out for not calling him directly - it isnt our issue his tech did not speak with him directly. I requested a partial or full refund of their services due to the issue they caused along with pain and suffering having to sit in a 87 degree houseful with 57% humidity in ******* summer is sickening they refused because they had to pay for our ac repair WHICH IS APART from the services causing said issue. PLEASE help us get a refund from this company, we couldve had to stay in a hotel or ****** for the night if we didnt have anywhere to go. This has been nothing but a nightmare its now 1 week later and were being told the ac check still hasnt been mailed from their company. Were now out over $1700+ out of our pocket due to their negligence. $745 for the service causing this issue and another $1035.20 for our ac repair we had to pay out of our pocket. Along with the gas i spent going back to and from familys house to take care of the ac issue along with taking time off work to do so.

      I got a Groupon for "One Whole House *********************** Ten Air Vents, One Air Return, One Dryer Vent, One Exhaust Vent" when they came and did the services to my house most of the promise services were never rendered. They told me my dryer vent was too clean and didn't clean it. They did not clean the air return at all. They picked one exhaust vent without asking us and cleaned it. They also did not clean any of the 10 air vents. When I spoke to the manager on the phone he said that the 10 air vents was for them to open and close it so their machine would work. They never closed any of the air vents either so I'm unsure if their machine was able to clean the vent system at all anyway. On top of all of this, when they plug their machine in, it caused the *** in our kitchen to flip. They then plugged it into the bathroom causing that *** to flip. And they plugged into a third outlet to finally get the job done. I was unaware of this while they were there until they had left and I realized the whole front half of my house had no power. They did send an electrician out and we were able to get one of the gfis to start working. But a circuit breaker had to be replaced. A few days after all of this had happened, the manager had called me and offered me a full refund. After a few weeks I had not received the refund and I called back. Every time I called back they said that the manager was on vacation or out of the office and would be back the next week. I have called weekly for over 2 months and keep getting the same excuse. They always tell me that somebody is going to call me back and they never do.

      They did call me but only offered a 50% refund. When we originally spoke 2 months ago They told me I would be receiving a refund and never once mentioned that it would only be 50% of what I originally paid.

      The company came out to clean my air ducts at my home. They turned off the ** -didnt tell us, didnt turn it back on. W e couldnt figure out why our home was 100+ inside and called out warranty company. After two attempts ($85 each unit, 2 units) they figured it out$170 later. I didnt complain although I was upset because maybe it was a simple accident. However, for months there has been a rattling sound every time the Ac is turned on. Today I finally found the noise is a soda can that was left behind the crate of the vents in my living room and they closed it back up- screwed the crate on worth a soda can behind it. There is no way this is an accident. This company os extremely unprofessional - nobody should use them who knows what else they have done wrong Or lazily.

      Thank you so much for letting us know the tech that came to the house was ****** he had been working with us for 5 years has been a loyal and highly reviewed tech as you can see his name on many of our reviews 

      I asked him about this incident and he believe that he might have not connected the ** back on after inspecting it ( we turn it off when we do our inspection for safety 

      but there is no way he left a coke can in the ** for the simple reason that he does not drink coke and he cares about what goes in his body 

      It seems to me if your system works fine and then stop working the same day your air duct cleaner went to inspect it you would call him to come and see what happened 

      this job was done in may it is now august 

      we Took into account what happened and are now making sure the ** is working before we leave the job site

      I was told the person who came out was no longer with the company. Yes, it is August because mistakes happen and I intended to let it go even though his mistake cost me two $85 fees from my warranty company. I only reached out because the can in the vent was the last straw.

      On December 1st, I called this company just to clean out my dryer air vents, $200, then they proceed to ask to ask me to check my A/C which I let them, my bad I guess. They supposedly saw mold in my unit and sent me sketchy video's. I'm requesting $450.00 back that they charged me. Still waiting on a call back. Don't use this company, period!

      I booked a groupon with "Forever Vent" for an airduct cleaning for 12vents + 1return vent so I schedule it for 07/22. The tech, ************************* comes out, has no camera snake of the interior and said he couldn't provide before/after pictures. He says he recommends an additional $150 for the other 3 return vents, and an additional $250 for a brush cleaning. I said I was going to call my husband quick and see what additional services we wanted to proceed with. **** pops back in and I let him know that we were deciding whether or not we wanted the brush cleaning or just the standard pipe cleaning. He tells me that they already started with the brush cleaning - I hadn't confirmed any extra services and I was already being forced into them. But we proceed with the brush cleaning and the extra return vents. After a bit I tell **** ***** is another incoming and return vent downstairs, he says they dont need to be cleaned. He didn't do anything to the incoming vent in another room either and we come to find afterwards that the bathroom incoming vent was also untouched. So out of my 9 incoming vents, only 6 of them were cleaned - my voucher was good for a full 12. My husband gets home and wants to check the work so he puts his phone down the vent and records videos of each return vent. 3 of the 4 vents were damaged because the paper siding was tore down in the vents, now all serving as barriers for air flow. My husband checked these prior to service and ***** were no issues at that time. We check the filters downstairs and some of the paper tore off and was already stuck to our filter, clogging it. My husband reaches out to the tech who proceeds to call my husband an idiot and sounds intoxicated, laughing about the situation. We noticed his vehicle also had "whiskey plates" when he arrived for the job. He says he would come back to confirm what we said was true but would charge us another $100 and would not explain to us how the problem would be corrected if he came back.
