      The company came out to clean my air ducts at my home. They turned off the ** -didnt tell us, didnt turn it back on. W e couldnt figure out why our home was 100+ inside and called out warranty company. After two attempts ($85 each unit, 2 units) they figured it out$170 later. I didnt complain although I was upset because maybe it was a simple accident. However, for months there has been a rattling sound every time the Ac is turned on. Today I finally found the noise is a soda can that was left behind the crate of the vents in my living room and they closed it back up- screwed the crate on worth a soda can behind it. There is no way this is an accident. This company os extremely unprofessional - nobody should use them who knows what else they have done wrong Or lazily.

      Thank you so much for letting us know the tech that came to the house was ****** he had been working with us for 5 years has been a loyal and highly reviewed tech as you can see his name on many of our reviews 

      I asked him about this incident and he believe that he might have not connected the ** back on after inspecting it ( we turn it off when we do our inspection for safety 

      but there is no way he left a coke can in the ** for the simple reason that he does not drink coke and he cares about what goes in his body 

      It seems to me if your system works fine and then stop working the same day your air duct cleaner went to inspect it you would call him to come and see what happened 

      this job was done in may it is now august 

      we Took into account what happened and are now making sure the ** is working before we leave the job site

      I was told the person who came out was no longer with the company. Yes, it is August because mistakes happen and I intended to let it go even though his mistake cost me two $85 fees from my warranty company. I only reached out because the can in the vent was the last straw.

      On December 1st, I called this company just to clean out my dryer air vents, $200, then they proceed to ask to ask me to check my A/C which I let them, my bad I guess. They supposedly saw mold in my unit and sent me sketchy video's. I'm requesting $450.00 back that they charged me. Still waiting on a call back. Don't use this company, period!

      I booked a groupon with "Forever Vent" for an airduct cleaning for 12vents + 1return vent so I schedule it for 07/22. The tech, ************************* comes out, has no camera snake of the interior and said he couldn't provide before/after pictures. He says he recommends an additional $150 for the other 3 return vents, and an additional $250 for a brush cleaning. I said I was going to call my husband quick and see what additional services we wanted to proceed with. **** pops back in and I let him know that we were deciding whether or not we wanted the brush cleaning or just the standard pipe cleaning. He tells me that they already started with the brush cleaning - I hadn't confirmed any extra services and I was already being forced into them. But we proceed with the brush cleaning and the extra return vents. After a bit I tell **** ***** is another incoming and return vent downstairs, he says they dont need to be cleaned. He didn't do anything to the incoming vent in another room either and we come to find afterwards that the bathroom incoming vent was also untouched. So out of my 9 incoming vents, only 6 of them were cleaned - my voucher was good for a full 12. My husband gets home and wants to check the work so he puts his phone down the vent and records videos of each return vent. 3 of the 4 vents were damaged because the paper siding was tore down in the vents, now all serving as barriers for air flow. My husband checked these prior to service and ***** were no issues at that time. We check the filters downstairs and some of the paper tore off and was already stuck to our filter, clogging it. My husband reaches out to the tech who proceeds to call my husband an idiot and sounds intoxicated, laughing about the situation. We noticed his vehicle also had "whiskey plates" when he arrived for the job. He says he would come back to confirm what we said was true but would charge us another $100 and would not explain to us how the problem would be corrected if he came back.

      SCAM! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS! We scheduled what we thought would be a thorough cleaning of our air ducts for a "flat fee" of $199. What transpired was a classic example of a bait and switch scam. When the "technicians" arrived they told us that their service was basically a quick inspection of the state of things and that if we wanted to actually be cleaned we would have to pay another $299. Of course I said absolutely not, and we were told thorough cleaning was something we absolutely needed. When I asked to see the filter on the inside of their machine, showing how much dust and lint was actually inside out ducts, there was absolutely nothing there. Was told their cleaning would take ***** minutes. They were there 20 minutes. Was also told of I left a positive review that I would get a break on the additional $299 cleaning-BEFORE the actual cleaning took place, mind you. When I called to complain about being scammed I was told that I would be contacted by a manager. No such manager ever reached out, and the phone number that called me was disconnected the next day. We reached out via ******** directly to the individual who booked the service for us, when asked how the service was, we were very blunt, and he simply read the messages and never responded. SCAM!!

      thank you for your review as you can see from our many great  reviews and rating we have been in business for over 7 years with great standing and reviews 

      we do provide option for cleaning 

      maintenance cleaning for 199 designed for homes that have been cleaned regularly 

      and deep cleaning for homes that have not been cleaned in over 5 years like your home 

      for both we use a negative air machine 

      the difference is brushing , in this client case we offered to add brushing since his system have never been cleaned before and we tried to tell him the system needs more work then maintenance 

      but the client insisted that we proceed with maintenance

      since we value our customers we offer a 100 dollar refund to match our current deal for  maintenance cleaning of 99
