      I ordered LED low and high beam headlights as a gift to my husband for his pickup. Received the items with no instructions to install. Found a video for my husbands year, make and model of pickup to install the lights. Upon attempting to install the lights my husband discovered the connections on the new lights were too big. I emailed the company as instructed from their website about a return or exchange. No response so after three days I emailed again. Still with no response. I tried the phone number provided multiple times and it just says the user is busy then drops the call.

      I ordered LED replacement bulbs for my **** VW EuroVan. The product I received does not fit and needs to be replaced with the correct one. At this point I would prefer a refund because I no longer trust this organization.It has been impossible to reach anyone representing this organization. From their website:"Before any returns can be made, a customer must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by emailing ******************************** and a customer service agent will respond within 72 hours."I sent several emails and called their contact number and received not response.******************************** ***********************************

      I purchased an LED conversion kit 2 weeks ago. The payment cleared my account on 12/4/23. I received the item with no install instructions. I have e-mailed them 3 times requesting instructions, no response. I then e-mailed them 3 more times requesting return instructions, again, no response. I used the e-mail address listed on their website led light street.com. I would like either instructions or a refund. The below amount includes shipping.

      I purchased a product several weeks ago and never received it. Ive emailed the company several times with no response from them. Ive called every phone number I could find for them and when I call each one of them it disconnects as soon as its answered.

      I purchased my product on June 30, 2023. Led lights for 2009 hayabusa. Order LLS-***** confirmed. The lights I received do not fit my motorcycle. I ask for information to have my items returned and I've been getting the run around and they refuse to give me the information needed to complete my return.

      1. The product they sold me "2009 *** G650GS Headlight Bulb High Beam and Low Beam **** LED Kit" is NOT COMPATIBLEwith the 2009 *** G650GS as advertised, see attached receipt. 2. Requested RMA number necessary for a return/refund and only get automated responses.3. I believe they are waiting until the 30 day timeline for refund expires. Instead of issuing an RMA number for return and refund.

      My original purchase took place on March 27th, 2023. Their website didn't display all the options for my model ******* was misled to believe that what I ordered would be a Hi-Lo beam combo bulb. Upon doing research that same night I realized they sold another product that was a true Hi-Lo beam bulb like I was looking for. I emailed their team at this time to ask if they could cancel & refund my order as I placed a second, corrected order within 12 hours of my first order. After no response for days, I received another email saying they had shipped the original order. The first customer service email I received told me they would only refund 80% of the product that I asked them not to ship. At this point I go looking for a phone number to call, their phone number has 2 options, both lead you to a voice recording telling you to email them at the only email available. ***************** service come from the same email.)I went through the hassle of paying for my own shipping & taking the 20% hit for the restocking fee. My corrected order arrived but had a bad "rattle" noise when I picked up the package, they've shipped both orders in plastic poly bags & somehow believe this is the best option for their fragile glass bulbs. Upon opening one of my bulbs the lo beam bulb snapped off. I emailed them pictures of the broken bulb right away & asked them to mail me a replacement bulb as I didn't want to waste more time shipping something back to them- let alone a broken product. They proceeded to tell me they need me to mail the broken bulb back before they could send me a working product. This company does not consider its carbon footprint & after almost a month I still have not received a complete working product from this company.

      Order LLS-90513.Ordered 3 items: **** tail lamps, 912 3rd brake light, and 194 license plate ***********************. Shipment arrived with only the 194 bulbs. Reached out by phone several times and could never reach anyone. Finally got a email reply and they shipped the "remaining order". This time I only got the 912 bulbs. I reached out again with several emails explaining that the **** bulbs did not arrive and show "awaiting shipment". Got an email response saying that the item was delivered and to have a good day. I reached out again to let them know that the tracking number they are using is not correct and gave them the correct tracking number that was supplied to me when the item was shipped. I'm not wasting anymore of my time on these idiots. I would suggest to anyone thinking about purchasing from this company, to go elsewhere. Trust me. You will have the same problem. I have since received multiple emails, thanking me for my purchase and not to hesitate to reach out with questions or issues.....Comical....because there's no one who will take your call or email.

      I purchased a headlight lamp from this company in January 2023 (Order LLS-*****) and they sent a part that did not fit the vehicle. I mailed the part back to them with documentation and have still not received a credit from them 5 weeks later. They are also refusing to give me a full refund for sending me the wrong part. Only say they will refund me 80% despite it being their error. But I have not even received ANY amount of money back from the company! Included receipt showing that I have returned the part to them.
