We purchased an item from LED LightStreet on 11/29/2022. After a month, we had not yet received the item and found an alternative product from another company. Upon notifying LED LightStreet that we had found an alternative and requested to have our order cancelled and the amount of $39.74 refunded, we waited weeks to receive any information. We finally received emails stating that this was not the experience they wished for us and they would look into this. A follow up email would be sent stating that the matter had been resolved and asked for our feedback on the service. We continued to request the order be cancelled and it was not until this morning we were informed that the product had been shipped after numerous requests to have the order cancelled and refunded. They offered no resolve and directly disregard our request repeatedly. The images provided include additional information regarding the order/transaction.Initial Complaint

On 4/30/2022 I made an online purchase from an online shopping site-(ledlightstreet.com) I had purchased a set of replacement LED headlights for my vehicle. The order plus 3 day express shipping was $141.53. Currently on ***** website my package is "pending" delivery. It has been "pending" without change. As of today 5/13/2022 my package has not arrived, and has not even been shipped. I emailed the company Led Light Street, using the email from their site, which is ********************************** I have called the company number, which is ************ with no results. I began to investigate Led Light Street, which resulted in finding bad reviews on the BBB.org website. I have discovered more than one address for this company, and so, I have no idea which address is legitimate. I received emails back from the company with excuses about a mix up in the warehouse. I asked for a refund, and got no replies for that request. I finally emailed the company again, telling them that they took my money, and I have not received the merchandise. I asked for a refund, and got no resolution efforts. I have attached supporting documentation to prove my purchase with Led Light Street, the current status of my package which is still pending, because I don't believe a package is coming at all, and emails between myself and Led Light Street.Initial Complaint

I made an initial purchase for an item on March 18th under order number LLS-*****. I ordered a replacement bulb for my low beam on my motorcycle. I received the item and it was incorrect when I went to install. Contacted the company and was advised that they charge 20% to restock (even if the part was incorrectly labeled on their website). I ended up contacting customer support and another bulb was sent (after I had to pay for the shipping of the original bulb) to be sent back. I received the new bulb and it still does not work. They are wanting me to pay again to ship this back and charge me a restocking fee of 20%. Please help. I have a full email chain available.Initial Complaint

I made a purchase from LED Light Street for H6054 LED CONVERSION KIT 1, on 11/10/2021. When I received the product I found the picture on their website did not show horizontal lines across the lens. I specifically ordered the item because I did not see the lines. The lines distort the light coming and do not perform well to light the road like I wanted, so I asked for an *** to return the product. I received the order 11/14/2021. Following their return policy I requested the *** two days later on 11/16/20221. They do not answer their phone and only communicate via email, but not according to what their website says. In their return policy page, it said someone would get back to me within 72 hours. I sent an email to them on 11/22/2021, because I had received no communication. They sent an email on 11/26/2021 with an *** # LLS-***** and instructions to send the product back to: Led Light Street, ***********************************************************************************. I shipped the product *** the next day, 11/27/2021, and emailed them the tracking number #****FV700363800449. They would not pay for return shipping even though their product was not as advertised and was sub-standard in lighting. They also said they would be subtracting a 20% restocking fee from the return and all returns must be sent back within 30 days. I complained in my email on the 27th about the re-stocking fee and on 11/29/2022 they emailed me and said they would waive the restocking fee. According to their return policy, refunds and credits would be applied within 3 to 5 business days and a receipt would be sent via email once it was completed. I did not receive any such email or refund back to my credit card so I emailed them again 12/16/2021 providing information that *** had confirmed the product had been delivered and received at the ******************************************* facility, 12/02/2021 at 10:01 am. They emailed 12/16/2021 saying they provided their warehouse team for refund approval. I still have no refund.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with LEDLightStreet for low bean headlights back in October 30 2021. Lights arrived and I installed. Passenger light failed after about 3 days of night driving. So I reconnect then for a replacement at which they promptly sent me a replacement and I installed those aswell. Again these lights failed this time the driver. At this point, I said no more and proceeded to get a refund instead. So I initiated a refund and performed all steps to complete this. Return shipping was done with tracking and I confirmed delivery on the 7 Dec 21 and even states that package was delivered to an individual. As you cab see it's been over a month and 5+ emails have been sent regarding my refund and all have been ignored. I need help to recover my money. It's really bad it has come to this especially since they were so responsive before but as soon as I request a refund they disappear.Initial Complaint

I made a purchase from LED Lightstreet on 11-5-2021 for the amount of *****. After receiving the product, realized i had made a mistake in choosing the right product. I contacted "LED lightstreet" . I told them what had happened. I ask for a **** to return the product. They issued the **** and I sent the product back to them within the allotted time frame required. I received a confirmation text from the **** stating that an employee of "LED Lightstreet" had signed for and received the product. I received that text on 11-24-2021. I have sent 3 emails to "LED Lightstreet since 11-24-2021 asking them to follow up on my refund for the product. Their policy states that refunds will be issued in 5 to 10 business days after receiving the product. I just want my refund to be issued as was agreed to . This is only good business and would be expected from any organization . LED Lightstreet refuses, at least to this point, to answer my emails or issue my refund. I would appreciate any and all help resolving this issue. Thank you . *******************Initial Complaint

I purchased their LED headlights for my car back on 10/2/21. When I realized they would not fit the car, I returned them. The company received them on 10/26/21. To date I have not received the refund that I am owed, to my credit card. Please help me get it if you can. Warn others not to buy anything from them.
