    I tried to return a defective car seat and the ******** Service agent ********* was condescending and rude. I sent everything I needed and she refused to return it with full credit. I have never dealt with such rude condescending people in my life, all I want to do is return a defective car seat and she is being difficult and making me jump through hoops.

    Unbelievably poor customer service and a rip off! I do NOT recommend dealing with this company. First and last time for us. It is already very stressful preparing for your first baby as it is....My wife and I ordered a ************* from their website, which they told us is on back order until the end of August. We called and cancelled the order. The customer service rep said it would not be a problem since the item is on back order and is not expected to ship before the end of the month. The next day we receive an email confirming that they are preparing the item for shipping!!!!! We called customer service AGAIN and they said they would send us a return label and they can waive the return fee since we had put in a request to cancel the order. Literally, 5 minutes later they emailed us the shipping label and indicated that they will deduct the return shipping fee ($50) from our refund. We called them again thinking it might have been a mistake, but another customer service representative tells us that they cannot and will not waive the return shipping fee. The store manager calls us afterwards and makes it even worse! She said that our order was processed for shipping a couple of days before the cancellation so it was not possible to do a return. So the stroller was in stock and they did not know about it. Not only that, the rep processed a return when the item is already processed for shipping and said that they can waive the return shipping fee but apparently they can't. This would never happen with other more well-known retailers because they take responsibility for what they say.
