If you decide that it is not the right product for you, & provided that half the amount of the product is unused, we will gladly take it back & exchange it for another product or credit your Dolce account if returned within 14 days of original purchase. No cash or credit card refunds – exchanges or Dolce credit only. Hair pieces, brushes, make-up, boutique items & gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom make-up products can be reformulated for you within this time if they are not meeting your color needs.
