      Hello ****,

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by undesired calls. Although, we strive to partner with neighbors as we work to supply lifesaving blood for hospitals and patients in your community, our goal is not to disrupt your daily life with unwanted contact. Hello, I receive phone calls multiple times a week, every week from Vitalant. I have asked them over the phone, in emails and written letters to please remove me from their call lists and stop sending me mail. This has been going on for months. I block the phone number but it's a different number every time. I cannot get them to stop harrassing me. The most recent times they called me were 5/24/23, 5/25/23, and today, 5/30/23. I am requesting that they stop all communication with me and remove me from their call list immediately.

**** calls. Vitalant is a blood donation center. I went there once to donate blood in 2014, and for the last 1+ yr they are harassing me with spam calls trying to get me to come back. They call several times in one day sometimes from random numbers from all over the country. I need them to take me off their call list. I will never go there again and warn anyone I know about not going there due to the harassing nature of their marketing practice.

While we maintain focus on our lifesaving mission for patients in your community, we strive to ensure we are partnering with donors who willingly donate blood and welcome our notification of ongoing promotions and blood need in their area. I appreciate you for bringing your request to be opted out of contact to our attention. I have verified that your account has been opted out. Please allow 7 to 10-days for the process to complete in our systems and please contact me directly should you continue to receive calls after the 7 -to 10-day timeframe. Conversely, should you choose to donate blood anytime in the future, you may also contact me and I will be happy to personally provide assistance.

Repeatedly call despite being told to remove me from call list. Have blocked their number, but they still call and leave voicemails. Most recent occurrence is 21Apr2023. They call about 2-3 times a week. Very frustrating and harassing to have them continue to annoy me. Requesting that they stop all communication with me and immediately remove me from their call list.

I made a blood donation on 26 Nov 2022. At the time, if you made a donation on that promotion week, you were offered 2 $10 Amazon gift cards. They said you would receive an email with the redemption code. I emailed the organization on 24 Jan 23 and stated I never received anything. He (******* at *********************** told me to recheck my emails and there was nothing. I should have gotten them approximately 7 to 10 business days after the donation. I checked, nothing. Emailed him again and he said he would resubmit for 1 card. Since I was now outside the promotion window, I don't get the second. At the time, I was ok with it. Emailed back on 8 Feb, no response. Emailed again 23 Feb and finally received a response. Now he tells me I no longer qualify for any card since I am outside that promotion window. That makes zero sense. I donated at the desired time to receive the card. I told him I wouldn't donate to their organization again. Then I receive an email from ******** at ********************** just saying the same thing, I'm now outside the window and can't receive my cards but tries to give me the sob story that Vitalant relies donations of people to help patients across the U.S. I know this, I used to be a combat medic in the Army and relied on those donations to treat people. I also know there are many different donation organizations across the country. I feel this is a blatant attempt to make sure they don't deliver on what they advertised (pay outs) but receive blood donations from individuals.

      ************,

Thank you for connecting with Vitalant regarding your 2 $10 Amazon Gift Cards. I have verified that there are two email addresses in our system for you, which prevents our redemption emails from being sent. I sincerely apologize that we did not identify this issue upon your previous requests; however, I will update the email information, once confirmed, and send you both gift cards. I left a voice mail message and will follow up with an email. Please respond, verifying the email address you would like attached to your account. Once we have updated your account with the email address of your choice you will receive the gift cards within 7 - 10 business days.

Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to rectify this issue.

I have been receiving robocalls and voicemails from this company for several months. I tried to have them remove my phone number from their call lists, but the rep says I need to provide the email address that I used when I donated blood with them. As far as I know I have never donated blood with this company, and I have tried every email address I can think of that I might have used in the past 20 years and there is not an account under any of them. They also want my birthdate, and I don't feel like I should have to give them my birthdate to get them to stop calling my phone number. One rep did indicate that they could have gotten my phone number through merging or purchasing another blood donation company, but she still says it should be linked to a profile with an email address. I don't know what email address they have linked to my phone number, but I just want the calls to stop. The phone number is ************. Please stop the calls.

I received an email from my employer that they were hosting a Vitalant blood drive. As an incentive Vitalant offered a voucher for a free one days admission to the ************************ Open. They did not have nor offer the mentioned voucher when I had proceeded with my donation on January 11th 2023. I immediately went to their website for an update. An automated response stated a Rewards can take **** days to arrive my email or mail. I waited approximately 2 weeks and then followed up by phone. The agent stated he would submit a complaint and I would get a call back within ***** hours. I did not receive a call until after 72 hours and it was not the ************** with a resolution- instead they were calling to request I donate again. I asked him to follow up on the complaint and have the right department call me. I get another solicitation call again instead of a resolution. On 02/07/23 I received a personal email from Vitalant Rewards and it was a $15 Amazon gift card. On the original promotion email there is no other offers, incentive, and/or disclosures saying while supplies last. Nothing. It simply promised tickets to this event. I made plans and arrangements to go. Those tickets on the day I was going to redeem them are now $100. This was deceptive and negligent advertising.

Vitalant responded with the following email to ********************* on Feb. 9.  We also followed up with a phone call, but she wasn't sure she still wanted to go to the tournament.  At the ticket price of $100 during the tournament, our offer was double what she requested.

Hi ***** I just learned that you did not receive the voucher to the **************** Phoenix Open that you were promised when you donated blood.  Please accept Vitalants apology for any inconvenience this may have caused you.  I am able to provide the ticket you were promised and also offer you a second ticket for your inconvenience.

Vitalants partnership with the **************** Phoenix Open was a local ******* promotion and not affiliated with our National Rewards Center.  I have copied ***************************** on this email, who is the ******* staff member who can provide the tickets.  Again, please accept our apologies.  We greatly value you as a blood donor and want to make this right for you.

On behalf of ******* hospital patients and their families, thank you for your lifesaving gift of blood.

I was getting phone calls 2-3 times a week from this company soliciting calls for blood donations. I have never given them a donation and never have signed up with them. I told at least 3 employees to remove me from call lists. The calls eventually stopped. They have been sending me mailers and they go straight to the trash. I asked them to stop and they won't stop soliciting. I just got a text that says "Welcome! To confirm to receive texts about blood donation, reply VITALANT". Obviously, I replied STOP so I don't have further contact from texts. The unwanted and constant soliciting for MONTHS needs to end otherwise I will turn this over to an attorney for harassment and solicitation since asking the company directly to stop and remove me COMPLETELY from their system MONTHS AGO MULTIPLE TIMES has not worked.
