      I had a normal $34.99/mo subscription to Clean Freak Car Wash, and on or around July 8, 2024, I canceled that subscription online at ********************************. On July 11, I got an email (attached) from Clean Freak proposing a lower rate if I chose to not cancel the membership. I clicked the button in the email to investigate the new low rate and was taken to a non-descript web page with random text, no buttons, no images, nothing signifying it was even associated to Clean Freak Car Wash. On 7/12 I got an email from Clean Freak stating that I had redeemed my "new low rate" and continued my subscription. I immediately replied to that email that I did not confirm any such subscription continuation and described the inert web page with no options to select. I demanded a cancellation. I also asked for a return of any charges that were charged to my card.On 7/17, I received an email stating that my subscription had been canceled, but a charge of $34.99 had hit my credit card, and I wanted Clean Freak to refund that immediately. Also, on 7/17, I received another email from Clean Freak Support with cancelation instructions, which included going to their website to do so. I have asked Clean Freak to refund the "new low rate" of $34.99 (the same as the regular rate) 3 times with no response.

      The location at ********* and ********* has the go light at the end of the cycle burnt out or not operational for months. I was almost rear ended because the person in front of me would not pull forward because they were waiting for the green light. The light needs to be repaired or a sign posted on it that one should proceed forward because the light is burnt out. I called the location 3 times and left a message with no call back. I tried calling the number for headquarters but their voice mail is full. I spoke to the kid at the car wash who didnt have any response and today the kid at the car wash told me that it wasnt the car washes problem if an accident occurs and he couldnt care less. About 2 weeks ago I emailed the headquarters with this info and rather than addressing my concern, they just cancelled my subscription. I responded that I did not want to do that. When at the car wash I asked them to verify such and, YES indeed, my subscription was cancelled as of the end of July. At the very least, they should put a sign over the faulty green light saying pull ahead. I find it hard to believe they do not feel any sense of responsibility here.

      I have been trying to cancel For see year monthly subscription or service month after month I get pulled out $25. Ive emailed them. *** left them voicemail. Sometimes the voicemail is full. I have gone over there to try to speak to a manager. I left my telephone number with employees because the manager is not available, I have tried to do anything and everything I can and I just got another $25 pulled out of my account yesterday so I would like my account to be canceled as well as refunded

      In September 2019 Clean Freak Car Wash (********************) began charging my business credit card monthly for unlimited car washes. I never signed up for this and never authorized Clean Freak to charge my credit card. The charges were to my business account which is monitored by a bookkeeper. I almost never look at it. In April or May of this year I was reviewing the statement for another charge, noticed the monthly charge and subsequently reviewed prior statements. I found that from 9/19 through 5/22 my card was charged $26 per month and from 5/22 through 5/24 my card was charged $30 per month. The total charged to the account without authorization was $1,578.00. From April through June I attempted to call, email, fill out website forms. The only response was a return phone call from a manager that was no longer with the company and provided me with the name and phone number of the appropriate person to contact. Called him three times without a return call. On 6/18 24 I left a detailed message on Clean Freak's Support Line. Finally they responded advising that they had referred the matter to the manager of the store in question. On 7/5/24 they responded advising me they would not refund my money and as far as they were concerned the matter was closed.Clean Freak charged my credit card without authorization and have consequently stolen $1,578.00. Actually it may only be $1,548.00 since they gave me a $13.00 refund on my card. I have asked them for copies of any document they have that supports their claim that I signed up for their service but so far they have produced nothing.

      I signed up for two cars. And got charged the sign up fee. One of the cars stickers works but the other one only worked the first day. Its been a month and nobody fixed nothing for me Ive been going to the office and no one is helping me. Cant even wash my car I try canceling but they also didnt want to do it.

      Voicemail is full, unable to leave a message phone number listed on the BBB website for CleanFREAK CARWASH. UNABLE 2 CANCEL MY CARWASH. UNABLE TO GET ANYONE YO CANCEL OVER THE ***** OR ASSIST ME UNDER THE **** YOU have an F rating on the BBBs website for failure to respond to complaints, if the carwash is not canceled I will dispute (charge back). Store refuses to cancel. Unhappy with the quality of the wash and customer service. Why is the voicemail full? Why doesn't anymore clear the messages? What is there an F. rating on the BBBs website? Why can't I cancel online? Why can't the store cancel? Why can't I reach customer service or corporate office. Why wasn't additional accommodations provided to me under the ***** WHY is it so difficult to cancel the membership? I don't want a refund I would like answers to my questions and asst. I can be reached at ************. PLEASE DO NOT HAVE THE STORE MGR CALL ME. PLEASE DO NOT CHARGE MY CARD ANYMORE.

      I tried out this car wash (*********/** location) for the first time on 6/5/2024 and when I drove off I noticed my car was having an issue accelerating. I assumed maybe water had gotten stuck in the underbody mechanisms during the wash and would clear up on its own however on 6/11/2024 I noticed my check engine light come on and throwing a code for my Catalytic Converter. Prior to using your car wash my car drove fine now after using your car wash my car needs an over $1K repair. I would like to speak to someone immediately who can make this right. I am a single mom of 4 kids , this car is my only means of transportation to care for my babies and I cannot afford a car repair that was not due to any wrong doing on my part. Please make this right.

      My wife took her vehicle to the car wash to get it cleaned. Before she even drove the vehicle into the car wash she went by 2 attendants (workers). She had a ski rack on the top of her vehicle. At not time did either of the 2 attendants tell her that she couldn't take her vehicle through the car wash. As she went through the car wash it damage the ski rack. She didn't realize what happened until she got home. I went down the following day to talk with the manager. The manager wasn't there and I was told his schedule by a fellow employee. I have gone by numerous times, left my name and number. I was told the manager would call me. It has been 3 weeks. He is the only one that can resolve this issue, but he is never around because the employees say he has been very sick. I think it is interesting that no one has been given the authority to resolve these issues. I'm only asking that they replace our ski rack. The 2 attendants should have never allowed my wife in the car wash if they would get damaged. The cost of the ski rack is 379.95+tax

      I have been a customer of the ********************** for 1 year. They have consistently overcharged me by more than $15 a month during that time. I have emailed them monthly and requested to have it fixed, but never received a response. Phone calls were never returned either. I finally chose to discontinue my monthly service in December. I received a confirmation that they would end the service, however I am still being charged. Emails and phone calls are not being returned.

      I canceled my membership a year ago. Come to find out ive been charged 20 bucks a month regardless. Tried to cancel again and the sight they send me to won't let me. And nobody to talk to. I tried calling the business no help.
