    Entered contract with them for ******* to get my car back, reduced interest better payment ibn 3 days. If no successful they would keep ****** and refund the 700 well after several months they were not able to help when contacting them not getting response sent email got one reply that when after investigation would send me a reply well contract was signed 06/30/2023 and ******* deposit paid case worker was ******* it was a ***** first spoke with. Trusted these people to do like they said when that did not happen has not given me my refund as the contract said, Title Auto Recovery Partners Agreement Form and file name ARP AGREEMENT-04-23-2-23 DOCX, if this was not a deliberate scam money would have been refunded want my refund sent to m e at ****************************************************************************************************************.

    The date of the transaction was on Monday July 10, 2023 the drug their feet the entire week and were not able to effectively negotiate The total I paid the company is $800 USD They committed to provide me repossession of my vehicle in which they would negotiate of my behalf. Claiming it was mostly a guarantee. I need a complete and full refund The business has not tried to resolve this issue Account ***************** On July ******* they called me stating that the BBB is the only way I will be refunded because I filed a complaint Yet in the contract it states they must refund a partial of $300 I am moving to get a full refund amount seeing how this company purposely goes around the contract/agreement They never intended to do the work that was agreed upon. They are not consulting they are scamming.
