      This business is a scam with clearly fraudulent and manipulative actions. Instead of providing a free copy of a BBB report as noted on-line, I learned I was paying $37.00 monthly for a service I did not signup to receive. I am still uncertain about what I was supposed to be receiving. It's sad that greed drives businesses to intentionally become unethical all for money. Please do all you can to redline (take appropriate actions, CFPB, FTC, FCC, etc) this company so others will not have the same unfortunate experience. There definitely needs to be some level of accountability for these companies that conduct unauthorized billing scams.

      To Whom it May ********************************* you for brining **************' concerns to our attention.  It appears that in September 2023, ************** purchased access to a workshop for $197.00, a book for $9.95, and online access to training for a total of $333.00.  In total ************** paid the company $576.95.  The company does not have any indication or record that ************** ever attempted to cancel his purchase or request a refund.  At this point, the Company has issued ************** a full refund of his $576.95, and this matter is resolved.

      I ordered a "FREE" copy of ******* Paynes book "Unstoppable Prosperity" and paid a $9.95 shipping fee on 8-14-2023. I also ordered a "FREE" copy of "Unbreakable Investor" and paid a $9.95 shipping fee. I received both books. However, I have been enrolled in a subscription to "*****"s Perspective" for $37/month that I did not sign up for. This company gives an ************ phone number to call if any problems or cancellations. Problem is they DO NOT answer and instead tell you to call back later when they are not busy. THIS IS A SCAM!! You can't cancel because they never answer the phone.Shame on ************************* for getting involved with these people!!All I want is to CANCEL "*****"S PERSPECTIVE"!! and the $37/ month payment that goes with it.I will never fall for ************************* anything again...THIS IS FRAUD!!

      To Whom It May ********************************* you for allowing me to Respond to ****************' complaint.  First, our organization has been in existence for over thirty (30) years, and does not receive many complaints.  **************** did order a free book, and was given the opportunity to sign up for a monthly subscription.  Clients have to check a box, and acknowledge the price of the monthly subscription.  This ensures ever client, including ****************, receives proper notification of the cost of any service before hand.  *********** also has customer support emails and telephone numbers to use when there are concerns.  Furthermore, before any one is charged for the first monthly subscription clients receive an email notification that they will be charged if the subscription is not cancelled.  **************** would have had all of these warnings, acknowledgments and disclosures.  My client did nothing wrong her.  Nevertheless, it has already issued **************** a full refund.  As his request has been met, the Company considers his concerns resolved.  Please let me know if you have any questions.

      Same complaint as all the above. Paid shipping of $9.95 for agree copy of Paynes book as advertised and now a month later my debit card was charged $37.00 for a weekly subscription of some newsletter that I never authorize . Very deceptive practice to obtain debit card info and bill anything they wish to.

      I am reaching out to let you know that Paynes Perspective has already issued ****************** a refund for the disputed charge.  Reviewing the situation, it was evident that there was an error in the system.  If ****************** contends that she was in appropriately charged.   Regardless of the situation Paynes Perspective has issued a full refund of $37.00. 

       

      The company was always attempting to resolve this matter and has not satisfied Ms. ******** complaint.  Please let me know if you have any further questions.

      An unauthorized charge was made to my credit card by a company that I did one unrelated transaction with. I paid shipping for a "free" book, Unstoppable Prosperity. The company bombarded me with emails to solicit me to participate in their training program and subscription service. I chose not to participate in either. On Oct 14, 2023, the credit card I used to pay for the shipping on the free book was used to charge a monthly subscription fee of $37.00. Interesting enough, the charge was from a different company, "Paynesweekly". I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS CHARGE.The company needs to be informed that their business practice is deceptive and they need to stop the practice of making unauthorized charges to credit card accounts used to pay for the "free" book.

      To Whom it May ******************** you for allowing us to respond to ********************** complaint.  The complaint is a little confusing but we will do our best to clarify the company's position, and help to resolve any concern.  On September 10, 2023, ****************** signed up to receive a free book from Company.  The only requirement was for ****************** to pay for shipping and handling which totaled $9.95.  The cost of shipping and handling is clearly disclosed and clients have to acknowledge the amount and pay the fee up front.  ****************** agreed to do so, and paid for the shipping and handling.  

      ****************** also signed up for Company's Payne's Perspective monthly subscription, however, before being charged anything he canceled the subscription.  Company did not charge him anything other than the agreed to $9.95 for shipping.  I believe his complaint is that the Company billed him for the subscription, but it didn't.  The only charge was for shipping and handling for $9.95.  *********** has removed ****************** from its contact lists and will not attempt to contact him in the future.  I hope this resolves this issue.

      I joined Payne's Perspective on 11/09/222. I have not been able to set up a Payne's Perspective account since joining. I have tried to contact Payne's perspective several times and no one has called or emailed me about setting up my account. I have been charged $37.00 on 11/9/23, 12/8/23, 1/7/23, and 2/5/23. On 2/6/23 I emailed Payne's Perspective the following:Dear Sir or Madam,I have emailed and called Paynes Perspective several times. You have not gotten back to me. I have not been able to log into Paynes Perspective or read the news letter since I subscribed. I am going to call the Better Business Bureau and report ************************* as a scam and contest the charges on my charge account if I do not hear back from you by tomorrow at 12 pm central time. My phone number is ************. My email address is *************************,******************************* To resolve this issue, I want Payne's Perspective to refund the four payments I have been charged. Further Payne's Perspective should contact me about setting up an account and give me 30 days to try their service for my inconvenience.
