I ordered the diapers as it was on sale. On the website, it said "NB and size 6 are $9. All other sizes are $29." ( I have a screenshot of this). When I completed my order, I noticed that they charged me $19 per pack. I emailed them as soon as I noticed it. However, they said they ran out of $9 packs and only have the $19 ones. This is false advertisement. My kids have been using Dyper for a few years now. This experience is very upsetting me and we will never use it again.

Beware of this company and their "bait and switch" way of doing things! They advertise their diapers as $44, but when you purchase a box they automatically sign you up for a subscription. When they sent the next box it was $89!!!! Double the price they originally sold you on. Then when you try to return them, they charge you $12 "restocking fee"Such scammers

I would avoid this company at all costs. They do not care about the health and wellbeing of your baby. I ordered a $5 trial pack of newborn diapers so that I could try a bunch of different brands before committing as I am a first time mom. I received an opened package of diapers. OPENED! I was immediately disgusted by this and threw them away. What company sends an open item for a newborn baby--especially something that you cannot wash?!I reached out to their customer service to politely let them know that I was disappointed that this is what they would offer a potential customer and that I threw the diapers away. After several emails back and forth, I got so frustrated with the customer service rep's generic and callous responses that I asked for a refund of the $5 I spent. I understand it's only $5, but after receiving an opened package of diapers and the terrible customer service I received, I wouldn't spend a dime on this company. I was repeatedly met with "there is nothing I can do." I had to dispute the charge on my credit card in order to get $5 back. The funny thing is, as I was on the phone with my credit card company explaining how silly it was that I was requesting $5 back, the rep responded that she actually tried this company as well and had a bad experience with them so she was happy to process the request. My husband and I are just starting our family and have many friends in the same position. This is unfortunate for Dyper to leave such a bad taste in my mouth. Good luck to them in the future.

Used to love the diapers, still do but have decided not to purchase anything else from this company with such poor customer service and flexibility. LONG story short.. a duplicate subscription was on my account. I was not aware that an order was different from a subscription and when a rep cancelled an order, I assumed the subscription was cancelled so I created a new one. I didn't see the old one because I'm a busy mom and wasn't scrolling all over their scattered cluttered poor user interface. I was charged twice and sent a ton of diapers and wipes... The original rep should have made it clear.I contacted customer service and supplied them with original cancellation email, stating it wasn't that I "forgot" but that it was an mistake and I thought it was cancelled, per the email I provided. We have gone back and forth about 10+ times and they absolutely refuse to give me a refund on the $12 return fee. I even said, how about a credit towards a next purchase? Nope..apparently that's impossible.I have dealt with many companies customer service reps as well as worked in customer service in the past. I've never experienced this!! I'm actually offended by it... I'm always nervous to complain so I'm not viewed as the dreaded ***** but I'm really upset by this. I've bought boxes and boxes of diapers in the past too! They lost a customer and I'll be telling my friends to avoid this company going forward.

Dyper has a promotion 50% off and I decided to try their product because Im exploring the organic diapers for my baby to find the best fit for me. So I subscribed and got my order and by the way Im subscribed to a multiple brands now. So after couple weeks after my first order Dyper sent me another order without sending me any reminder and any mail to edit or cancel my next order. Less than 4 weeks without my knowing they charged me full amount and send another pack of diapers. I contact them immediately and said I didnt receive any reminder from them or confirmation, I just see they charged my card! And I been told they send me a reminder and it is lie, because I didnt get any mail or text messages. I checked 3 times everywhere and it wasnt there. At the moment I contacted them the person ******* said they cant cancel order however it was not even shipped yet! But I can return it when I will get it. So this company created me so many problems. They charged my card with no asking, I have there only amount to pay my phone bill, and my bank charged me additional 35$ overdraft fee and my phone company 35$ late payment due and also I had to pay for this return label 13$ for some reason. Also to return that diapers I had to organize that trip, and its not easy when you are a single mom, with little baby and huge box, and I was moving to another apartment that days! So as I understood this their aggressive marketing strategy of sales, get more subscribers for 50% off and then not send them reminders and opportunity to cancel subscription on time, just send them diapers for full amount a little bit earlier than 4 weeks! And people not going to return it because its a pain in one place so this is terrible company who doesnt care about people. I read they also advertised themselves as non chlorine diapers and then changed the ingredients started using chlorine and didnt even let costumes know!!!! And I didnt like the product.

Dyper has a great mission; to produce baby diapers using sustainable materials and reduce their impact on the environment. Unfortunately their website and phone app do not talk to each other, and both at times seem to experience a critical lack of functionality that either prevent you from placing an order or prevent you from rescheduling or canceling one that you do not want. I was willing to overlook all of this and pay a truly exorbitant amount for a box of diapers each month in support of their mission, until this past month when they charged me not once, but twice for boxes of diapers that I did not order. I'm now having to get an entirely new credit card from my bank just to prevent this one company from charging me fraudulently again.
