1 starOk so I bought a course called cashflow blue print and a free course of choose to be **** came with it. I paid $596. I received my username and password and was able to gain access to it. I didnt get around to taking the course until a few weeks ago. Then a week later I cant log in any more. My username and password dont work anymore. I emailed support and got the message below.Thank you for reaching out. We want to keep you informed about your access to CASHFLOW Blueprint and Choose to Be ***** These products are no longer available, as our agreement with the company that hosted and fulfilled them has ended. Well I wasnt informed the course was on a limited basis . I bought the course and I should have access to it or have a hard copy. I had literally just started to take the course when they turned it off. I have zero value for my money. I emailed rich dad again and asked could I get a hard copy of the actual course I paid for or 6 months of rich dad pro which is $97 a month. They havent replied and seem to be ignoring me. I cant dispute the credit card charge because to much time has passed. Im literally out $596 and have nothing and this company not only wont make it right but chooses to ignore me. Either give me back my money, send me a hard copy of the course I paid for which I dont have or give me access to the rich dad pro for the equal dollar amount I spent. But to take my money and give me nothing is in the category of scams and theft in my opinion. Does your company have any integrity? If so do the right thing and give me some kind of value for my money.Review fromMark L

BEWARE!!! LACK OF TRANSPARENCY OF THEIR RULES. IT TURNS OUT IT IS IN THE WEBSITE WAY DOWN TOWARDS THE BOTTOM INSIDE A LINK IN SMALL FONT. I TRIED TO CANCEL AND THE REQUIREMENTS TO CANCEL ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO DO UNLESS YOU HAVE NO JOB AND ALL OF THE TIME IN THE ****** IT WAS SO HARD TO FIND A CUSTOMER SERVICE CONTACT INFORMATION AND MY PORTAL DOES NOT HAVE ANY PAYMENT HISTORY INFORMATION ANYWHERE!! THE WEBSITE STATES, "CALL US TO ADDRESS YOUR CONCERNS IMMEDIATELY" AND INSTEAD, ***** #**** WAS UNHELPFUL AND VERY RUDE. SHE DID NOT ADDRESS OUR CONCERNS AT ALL AND HAD NO COMPASSION. THIS IS NOT THE KIND OF MENTORSHIP WE SIGNED UP AND PAID FOR. SAVE YOUR $500 DOLLARS WITH SOMEONE ELSE WHO WILL ACTUALLY HELP YOU, NOT SET YOU UP FOR FAILURE!The Rich Dad Operating Company

I recently purchased the *********** Cashflow Blueprint and I would like to share my experience with the community. The information provided in the program was misleading, as it was advertised as a one-time payment of $99.00, but I was actually charged $99 per month. Furthermore, when I reached out via email within the specified timeframe to address this discrepancy, I did not receive a response. It wasn't until after the 30-day period had passed that I received a reply stating that my request was outside of the window for resolution. In my opinion, this company engages in deceptive practices and fails to deliver on their promises. I believe that they prey on individuals seeking financial education and do not provide the value that was initially advertised. I hope that my review serves as a cautionary tale for others considering this program. Thank you for providing a platform for customers to share their experiences. The Rich Dad Operating Company

This is a SCAM. It you do not wish to invest large amounts of money, DO NOT proceed. I watched a video for ********************************* *********** CASHFLOW Blueprint and at the end it said it was only $99 to sign up so I clicked on it and then I noticed when I was checking out it said Save $100 NOW, by selecting the single payment option with Unlimited access, No subscription, and No additional fees. When I clicked the single payment option it said it was $298 and came with a Contracts and Forms Toolkit and INSIDER SECRETS to EXPLODING Your CASHFLOW for free so I decided to give it a try. This was 05/16/2024. I received my confirmation e-mail and then I received another e-mail stating, You now have access to your own Rich Dad Coach but I did not click on the e-mail because I remembered seeing a coaching upgrade when I was checking out and it had a box to check that said to guarantee success, but I did not click that check box because I only wanted to purchase the program itself. A month later, on 06/20/2024 I noticed an additional charge for $298 and I called their customer service and was told that the ********************** is an additional 5 payments of $298 so I explained that I did not click to add the coaching and that I had clicked on the one-time cash payment and was told that I would receive a refund for the second $298 and that they would make sure I do not get charged again. Today is 07/16/2024 and I see that there is another pending charge for $298 so I called in and spoke with ****** who advised that she saw they removed the coaching and she was going to contact the accounting department to question the charge and then call me back tomorrow. I DID NOT check the box for the coaching and they took it upon themselves to add it on anyways. I clicked the one-time cash payment option with no recurring fees at check out, but they keep charging me every single month anyways. This needs to STOP because I did not sign up for coaching or monthly payments, I read the fine print. The Rich Dad Operating Company

I signed up for the Blueprint course, which was advertised at $99. However, it was only after the first charge that I discovered it actually involved 5 payments of $99. I carefully read all the provided information before enrolling, and there was no mention of these additional payments. This lack of transparency is both misleading and unprofessional. While the course content is good, such deceptive practices seriously undermine the company's integrity. After this experience, I have no desire to continue engaging with this company. The Rich Dad Operating Company

May 29, 2024 RE: Review ID ****** To Whom It May ********** have received the complaint regarding Review ID ****** and appreciate the opportunity to respond. We have reviewed the enrollment and account for the order placed on 04/11/2024 through an online sales page (refer to this page: **************************************************************************************************************************). Terms and conditions for the Rich Dad *********** Cashflow Blueprint program, including the 5-payment plan option and 30-day money back guarantee, are outlined on the sales page. The sales process requires purchasers to enter the full 16 digits of their credit card number, the credit card expiration date and CSV code, and to confirm they want to purchase by clicking a button. This customer completed all four of these steps. An order confirmation receipt was emailed on 04/11/2024 that also stated the 30-day money back guarantee and the 5 payments that were due. A welcome email was also sent on 04/11/2024. The 30-day money back guarantee expired on 05/12/2024. On 5/15/2024, we closed the account due to collections issues, and on May 29, 2024, we refunded the one charge of $99.00. If you have any further questions, please contact me directly.Sincerely,************************* P: ************ E: ******************Review fromZaire J

Absolutely terrible company! Purchased the blue print program with the impression it was 395 and chose the payment plan method to have 99 dollars taken out of my account for four consecutive months and told it will be taken out for a fifth month and would offer a refund even after me explaining I havent accessed any part of the program and it t said 395 upon checkout. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Terrible company! If I could leave no stars I would! The Rich Dad Operating Company

1 starAbsolutely terrible customer service. Purchased the ******************** blue print deal due to the 30 day money back guarantee. Refused to respond to me despite the multiple emails I have sent in. Such a scam company. Experts at using deceitful market advertisements, instead of putting the price of the course. All they say is youll be saving ****** dollars. Money is paid in a recurring amount so it looks a lot less then it is, especially when youre in a hurry. Just a terrible company who takes advantage of those who are trying to learn.
