1 starPureflix is a scam! I paid ***** foe a full year subscription. After I paid for the subscription I was able to watch the series I subscribed for, for 1 episode when I tried to watch the second episode they wanted me to up my subscription to ******. I spent 20 minutes on hold only to have their incompetent tech support send me an email which I followed the step by step Instructions that DID NOT WORK! I email them back which I was told to do and no response! I'm canceling my subscription. The content is good but the service and customer support is a scam! It's not worth the money.Review fromLynn C

I would give this company a zero rating! A friend gave ithis service to me as a gift and I had issues getting it from the start. They told me that I would have to go through a **** to be able to stream their movies. They never advised me that it was an automatic renew so I just thought The gift was a nice gesture and we wont make a big thing of it. The problem is that it auto renewed my subscription twice before I noticed it. When I called and explained what happened they couldnt have cared less. I spoke with 2 different people and explained that we are elderly and that it was a gift and they refused to refund. They did refund the latest charge (this month) but in all I paid for 3 years and got *********** Tried to get out of the deal when I first realized that we were unable to stream their movies but they said I had already paid and they could not refund it. Like I said, we just overlooked that BUT we had no idea that they were going to continue to charge us for 2 more years! SHAME ON PUREFLIX!Pure Flix

Hello, thank you for reaching out. I have reviewed the account and any contact. I see you reached out on ***, Jan 23, 2023, at that time we advised that the ********** you were using was not supported. You stated that you would give us a call back because you were not sure how to proceed with the account. We followed up with an email and provided the list of devices that we are supported. We advised on the call that the trial was 7 days, which ended on 1/30/2023 that is when the first billing processed for the annual plan at ***** USD. We do not see any contact after that date until the recent call on 02/24/2025. On this date the account was canceled, and a refund was issued for the most recent billing, even though we do have a policy of no refunds. We are here to help and apologize for any frustration. I never signed up for this account or a free trial, but was alerted by my money management software that I am being charged. I have no account with them so they do not allow contact without an account. I have no email confirmation. Its a total scam. Shocking and upsetting for a faith based company.Pure Flix

VERY unethical business. I contacted the company multiple times over the last two years to fix an issue in my account, which they could not/would not help with (a simple email address change). I was billed in 2023 not realizing it (because they wouldn't change my email address so I got no notifications of any kind) - I thought my account was closed after that. I was billed again in 2024 and when I saw that charge on my credit card statement I called customer service to get the account closed for good/for sure. The *** nearly called me a liar, stating they had no record of me ever contacting them (I have email records showing I had multiple times). They refused to refund any of the 2024 charge (which, by the way, had increased in price over previous years significantly). ******** customer service at this company - I would never do business with them again. If you never have any issues, your experience may be decent but if you ever need customer service, you are screwed. It is easier working with ***** ******* or the government than this company.Pure Flix

If I could give a zero rating, I would do that. This is a scam. Dont be duped into the trial period. Its impossible to cancel. They have been charging my card for well over a year now. Ive gone online and gone through the cancellation steps. Of course theres an error that will come up every time you try to cancel. Ive tried to email and of course I received an email saying they dont support email anymore. I requested a prior cancellation that never happened. Im hopeful that this will be resolved since so many people are complaining even on ********. Portraying themselves as a ***************** is not a good look when continuing to take advantage of innocent people who would like a clean option for television. I hope everyone can get some resolution for your problems as well.Pure Flix

Fraudulent company! *** had service for two years and decided to cancel membership. Only to find 3 hours later they charged my credit card for another year AFTER cancellation. They refused to removed my credit card information on the website. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS **********************. My membership has been canceled on 8/28/23 as my email confirmation. However Pure Flix has been charging me 9/28/23 $75.58 9/27/24 $97.41 I emailed them and they automatic replied saying they no longer provide email customer service and asking me to click contact us link to send a ticket about the issue. However, they dont read the message just a robot auto reply regarding the billing topic but didnt solve the problem at all. A Christian channel with bad customer service and fraud billing.
