    Date of transaction 8/3/2023 I hired RFA Corporation a timeshare exiting company on August 3, 2023 to get me out of my recent purchase of my tmeshare in April 2023. I was promised this would be resolved within 6-18 months of full payment and signing the contract which i did on August 3rd. 2023. (However the contract states in writing if my timeshare is not resolved in 18 months I get a full refund!!) meanwhile a Couple weeks go by August ******* a *** calls/emails needs bunch of documents signed so i faxed everything they needed ASAP! A couple months months go by I call the *** to no response. So I emailed the the contact i had who sold me the contract explaining I'm not getting any results or answers, so I get a email from a supervisor they changed my *** and theyll be in contact with me so now maybe December 2023 or January 2024 i receive email stating they're changed my *** to again to handle my case. So now In January this new *** is asking for all the same documents that i faxed back in August stating well **** needs these forms ASAP and in a timely manner, I said we did this already its not my fault your company changed ***s and now can't find documents. So I send and sign documents again to this new *** couple months go by calling , email *** states still working on case will keep me up dated!! I'm getting more frustrated thinking timeshare exiting is a scam just like my timeshare so im calling emailing not getting anywhere so February 3rd 2025 arrives which is 18 months so I email RFA Corporation on February 24, 2025 stating I want my full refund for Breech of Contract since my timeshare was never resolved within the 18month period.I also sent copy of contract to them in black and white. So their response on February 26, 2025 was their legal team needs ***** days to look my case over and theyll be in touch with me directly! To this day March 22, 2025 I haven't heard from RFA Corporations legal team at all. Thank you

    This "contract" was made in May of 2024, I agreed to pay *** $10,000.00 to relieve me of my timeshare. There has been NO CONTACT from the company, I have called and sent text messages, and e-mails and NEVER ONCE did I get a response. I have no idea what is going on, the only thing I am getting now is harassing mail and phone calls from my timeshare which is currently in foreclosure. I was told, this will NOT effect my credit, well it sure did, supposedly they have people that watch your credit and remove anything to do with the timeshare hitting your credit, FALSE!! I have no idea what is happening, all I know is I am out $10,000.00, there has been ZERO communication from *** and they claimed they are a money back guarantee, and I want my money back.

    This folks took ****** out of my account on 1-3-2025; without my permission. I want my money back and furthermore they better stop getting into my account. I have no clue what their services are and I m not interested to know either. A business that gets into a customers account its not reliable.

    On 6/14/2023 *** ***** and I entered into a contract with RFA corporation to help get out of a a timeshare (*****************) located in *******. The contract stated that *** had 18 months to accomplished this. As of 12/18/2024 we have not received a refund. I spoke with **** ****** regarding this matter. When I stated that the contract had expired and we want our money back she said well that wouldnt be fair to us with all the work we have done on it. I said but its a contract. The conversation went no further. The amount paid to *** was $3,000+. *** and I each paid $1,500+.

    My husband and I had hopes to get out of our yearly maintenance fee for *********. We no longer have a mortgage for the Timeshare. We paid this company $3,145.00 on 6/22/2022. Their policy is if the Timeshare isn't cancelled in 18 months they will refund you 100% of the fee. However, this company also works alone with ************** out of *****. A *************** Senior Case Manager called me on 6/22/2023. He stated that my Timeshare settlement is an additional $2895.00. We made a Transaction for that amount at that time. So now we have paid the total amount of $6,040.00. Since then we have now been reported to the credit bureaus. This Timeshare maintenance fee is in collections for the past years for $5063.00. Since the cancellation contracts with these joint companies..Both companies have been very hard to contact in the past. A lady by the name of **** called me on 11/27/2024 from ******** Due, to my many emails to all involved. **** stated that ************** will be contacting me to discuss my refund. I spoke with a Support manager on 11/26/2024 and 11/27/24 . The Support manager said that he approved my refund. Which is great!! However, all I'm being told is that it could take up to 90 days. I'm emailing daily to ask for a date that this is going to be resolved. We need this money **** to take care of the unexpected debt that these 2 companies have created. This BREACH of contract and fraud. All I want is my refund ASAP so we can take care of our business ****. IT DIDN'T TAKE EITHER COMPANY WEEKS TO PROCESS THEIR PAYMENT FROM MY ACCOUNT,SO IT SHOULDN'T TAKE WEEKS TO RETURN THE FUNDS. YOUR SERVICES WEREN'T RENDERED AS PROMISED!!!! IT DON'T MATTER WHICH COMPANY REFUND WHAT AS LONG WE GET THE TOTAL OF $6,040.00. WE PAID THIS COMPANY $3,145.00!!!! And ************** $2,895.00....

    I hired RFA Corporation in order to cancel my timeshare. I paid $4,000.00 sometime last year. Upon doing this, shortly after, I was asked to pay more. When I refused to pay, now they want me to write a letter to the ********* company. I did not agree to do all this. I paid in order for RFA Corporation to handle all matters pertaining to the timeshare.

    I hired RFA cancellation to take care of a Timeshare cancellation. Their Better Business Bureau evaluation was very good. Their ad was heard on ********, *** channel. Thus I trusted them as a legitimate company. Now eight months into the ordeal emails and phone calls are no longer being answered. Text messages are not being answered. I feel Ive been defrauded. I will be filing a claim with my credit card company. I would like a refund of the $4300 invested. With a bit of research, ******* ***** operates under a few companies, seems to be fraud on all accounts.

    I paid RFA Corporation $10,000 to intervene on my behalf to stop Holiday Inn Timeshare from further collecting, charging and damaging my credit. This was in March 2024. I just received a letter dated November 5, 2024 from the Lawyers that were retained for **************** Timeshare where they are suing me for $23,870.I am working with ********* ******* who is extremely hard to get to respond to emails or even phone calls. Even with this latest letter I received from ***** **** (lawyer for **************** TImeshare) i immediately sent an email and made a phone call.Yet no one has returned a email or a phone call.This is unacceptable and I would like an answer as to WHO the RFA Corporation truly is and whether they will return my $10,000 as they promised they would help me with stopping this company from taking my money, suing me and also being able to restore my badly damaged credit.

    According to the contract I pay in front ***** to cancel the time share agreement, they promised to recover money , it was the most important to agree the contract , also they suppose to actualize my credit bureau and remove the bad report, nothing happens till now , but they take my money mandatory to star the process, now after one year i just receive mail from a secretary office writing no update. If they request all the money complete, I suppose they going to work fast and efficiently. But after money received...the things changed.
