      I have called and talked to them about getting an official payoff on equipment I have financed with them. They always tell me it will take 24 hours to get any reply or the information I am looking for. I never get my official payoff. I am trying to pay this machine off so I can trade it in for a new one. The financed machine stays in the shop longer than I get to work with it.

      Good morning. I have mention to this customer a couples times that we are having issues with payoff request and that it should be fixed soon. As as of today, we will be sending a payoff request once it gets processed.

      Sent them a check to pay off loan and they are still taking payments out of my account. Have phone them several times and they always say they will phone back but never do and have sent them emails with no response. Would like money back I paid extra on the loan back and for them to quit taking money out of my account. I requested a payoff quote and sent them a check for that amount.

      These people took my deposit out in December and again last week for no reason. They caused me to bounce checks and won't refund my money or contact me. Refuses my calls
