The amenities they offer. Before I singed up, I stated that the following month i would no be in the country. I was told, no worries, the 30 day trial is just that, we won't charge your card because you have to pick a plan that you want, plus we will put your account on hold until you come back and pick a plan. With that being said I agreed to it. Before i left the country I was told that my card would be removed. I sure was fooled! While out the country I got charged. They reversed that charge and was told they would place the account on hold. Wrong again, without signing ANY documents to actually start service from a 30 day trial, which i was informed would not happen because I have to pick a plan. I was told that they would refund the payments and then turned around and said no. I am out of $298.00 and never used the service. I was completely lies to the whole time when it came to any billing.

I went today for the free consultation. The first thing I did was have the N/P read my nerve study after which he did some basic tests to determine how much feeling I had in my legs and feet. We chatted for a few moments and I told him my prognosis which my ******* ************ **** Surgeon and Doctor that did the nerve study all agreed on. My Nerve damage was not reversible. He (the N/P) said that he was optimistic and would pass his report up the food chain. He asked me to wait and said a colleague wanted to check one more thing. Next thing I know two young lady's come in and start talking about an additional test. I asked about the cost Because the consult was advertised as free. She told me not to worry that they would bill my insurance but she would not divulge the cost and she started getting ****. When I told her that before I would submit to any tests that had a cost I would like to consult my Neurologist. Her Demeanor changed immediately as if I had just run over her cat. She opened the door and with a scowl on her face said go consult your Neurologist and left the room. I had a feeling that this was shady when I was filling out the forms upon my arrival and I am glad that I neglected to give them my Social Security number so that they can't try to Bill ********

My husband went to Restore Wellness Center for a supposedly free evaluation to determine if he was starting to develop neuropathy. After going through the evaluation, his symptoms were minimal, but the doctors assistant started using high pressure tactics to get my husband to sign a contract type document to commit to a lot of treatments. My husband does not like high pressure tactics and, fortunately, he did not sign anything or agree to anything, and he left.A couple of months later, our health insurance statements arrived and Restore Wellness Center had charged for at least 10 treatments that never happened, and they were paid. We reported them to our insurance providers. Be well warned!!! We would rate them 0 stars.

I went to Restore for a consultation appointment. When I got there they had me go into a room with **************. A lady then put a divice on my right ear without telling anything about it or how it works. It hurt a lot. I had a appointment for an ***. They asked me about the device and I had no answers so I called Restore twice with no answer or reply. The *** people took the device off so I could get my ***. The next day I called Restore an told them how unhappy I was and I wouldn't be coming back. Restore billed my ******** for $12,400.00 They are unethical and are defrauding clients. If you are smart you will stay away from them.
