      All they were trying to do was to get me to change to another ******** Advantage plan. The letters they sent me even had a Cigna logo at the top of the page like ***** was wanting to look into it. Why would they want you to talk to someone about changing plans? I flat out told this lady who contacted me that no matter what she had to offer I was not changing plans. She wouldn't take no for an answer so I hung up on her and blocked the number she was calling from. A few days later a man there called me and started the same c*** all over again. I told him off and hung up on him and I then blocked his number. Yesterday, I got a letter in the mail from them wanting me to sign papers so they could get information on me and represent me in getting more benefits. Are they kidding me? Of course this letter also mentions *****. I'm looking at the letter now and I'm getting ready to toss it in the trash. I'm not dealing with them. It's a scam. They need to stop harassing me.

      I received a call from them saying and even calling me from United healthcare number. They asked me to update the insurance I got though ******** and texted me a form to sign which I did and later I called back the number and they said they have nothing to do with it. Im confused they ask for my ssn number too.

      I'm a disability advocate and representative. My client was contacted by a rep who claimed could support her with her disability claim. The client does not speak English well and did not understand what ******* was asking. She signed over her disability case without comprehending what was happening. When we attempted to call them back, the operator would not let us speak to the disability representative and the client was not given a direct line to contact him. She was told to simply change her **** (Authorized Representative) form at the disability office. This caused an extra hassle and delay to her case, not to mention the fact that her personal information was given to a stranger. I've never encountered such unethical treatment from a supposed health provider. PLEASE KNOW: You should have a representative that you can actually contact. You should ALWAYS fully understand what you are signing. And there are way, way better choices for disability support than this company. I suggest your local non-profit or SOAR Works program first. If that's not possible, then a disability lawyer who may take a fee but only if you win your case. I would even suggest the caseworkers at the ****************************** itself before I would ever refer someone to this sham.

      This company has been by far the worst company for helping get anything accomplished with ssdi. They never return your phone calls or update your files. Everytime you call the receptionist cant find whom your case is assigned to and claims to see no updates about your case. They claim you will be processed in six months, Im still waiting its been 15 months. After initial application I never heard from this company again until I list my insurance and they needed a new contract signed to receive money from the ssdi back pay. They requested that after they received a notification from SSA showing they are at 90 percent completion of the application. That completion date as only because I went to local office and updated everything Centuari claims they will do if you use them. They never assisted in helping with me beyond the initial application. Im still waiting well over a year later.

      I applied for a job back in June of this year no call no follow up I called million times finally some one answers I will give your information to recruiter months down the line now no one answers just voicemail. It all scam

      They called me months ago, saying they were an attorneys office and my insurance company, BCBSIL, wanted them to help me apply for disability. I spoke to them ONCE and got denied, and today I get a letter saying they are "withdrawing representation"! As far as I know they didn't do anything, they never contacted me after the initial phone call and now I can't get an answer and have to leave a voicemail! Are they even really Attorneys, or did they lie about that too??

      Zero stars isnt an option so I gave one. Total scam. Have them blocked now because they wouldnt stop calling even though I specifically requested them to do so. Dont waste your time.

      Trust what the other customers say. This company also does data mining and coding and contracts with ****** Permanente. KP tried to fob them off on me and I stupidly gave them my SSN. After looking at the reviews I realized my stupidity. If you look at CHS's Privacy Policy they literally admit that they SPY on your computer IP and browser history and use it against you to "reconcile disputes." Utterly vile and evil. Their "F" rating from BBB tells you all you need to know.

      Very intimidating, made me feel as though I had to provide financial info, re-read ******** letter clearly states You are not obligated to provide financial info ! Now they have ALL my personal info which makes me very nervous! If I get hacked, I know what company to look at First!

      FAKE. They kept calling me about my three kids, who are on ******** ******* ******** I had a bad feeling about them, so I told them to send me something in writing. They sent me a letter (one for each child) using my insurance company's letterhead (but blurry), saying that my insurance company told them to help us. (Already sounds fishy, right?) I contacted my insurance company, and they've never heard of Centauri, and said that the letter sounds fake. Run away.
