As a senior living on social security I got a call from this company and could barely understand what they said. Wheni looked at my statement I found a 159 charge for home warranty, which I never would hav4 approve because I already have a home warranty4EverHome USA

I am concerned I paid too much for my Home Warranty. I paid $261 a month for Standard Coverage. Unfortunately, whenever issues arose there were always reasons why my claim could not be covered. I will say that I spoke to a representative today under the name of ***** ******* and they offered to lower my monthly payments to $85. They were extremely nice and understanding. Although this was enticing, I decided to move on with another company that charged me less for more coverage. However, the reason I am writing this review is because the representative whom I spoke with to cancel my contract today was extremely aggressive in their tactics to not let me cancel. I am not sure if I ever did get their name. After ******************************************************* to staying with the company, I think I was finally able to cancel. I say "think" because the phone conversation abruptly ended with no confirmation number, date, or summary of cancelation as I had just made a payment not too long ago. Apparently, they said I had invested $15k into this Home Warranty. But so far nothing has come from it. I am unsure if I receive any of my payment back as, like I said, the phone conversation ended abruptly. I had only been paying into this company since September 2024, and it was quite a large down payment they required. $15k already paid into the Company and nothing to show for it! I know it was at least $4k deposit, almost $5k. I was naive when I purchased the plan but I have learned my ****** now. Hopefully this review helps others out there to decide. One star because ***** was actually nice and helpful in addressing my issues. I guess I will have to call back again sometime to confirm the cancelation as no emails have yet been sent out.4EverHome USA

My 95 year old mother in law received two statements with two separate account numbers (in one envelope) stating they are getting ready to start automatic payments and they have her credit card number. She didnt remember anything about this but we are thinking she thought it had something to do with her homeowners insurance. I havent been able to reach them yet because they are closed but based on what Ive read this isnt going to be easy to cancel. They definitely are preying on the elderly and we will report them to the Attorney General for our state. Fortunately we can get to the bank before they start taking payments out and we will close that particular account.Review fromPriscilla S

1 starZero stars out of 5. Could not believe the rudeness of the representative when I called to cancel the policy. This company preyed on my confused elderly parents to get money from them for a product they don't need. I am still shaking, I don't remember the last time I spoke with such a condescendingly rude individual. Remains to be seen whether they actually cancel the policy and stop trying to contact my parents.Review frommark s

1 starrating is ZERO NOT 1 - THEIR PROMO IS VERY QUESTIONABLE - I THOUGHT THIS VIOLATES the use of the US Mail system for this type of business practices - get a class action suit going for honesty in mailings. The US Mail is a business and they are responsible for these types of mailings. from the internet - Our Postal Inspectors are federal law enforcement officers who carry firearms, make arrests, execute federal search warrants, and serve subpoenas. Over 1200 Inspectors enforce roughly 200 federal laws covering crimes that include fraudulent use of the **** Mail and the postal system.Review fromJan S

1 starThis organization engages in deceptive marketing practices using the ****************************. The postcards they mail to consumers indicate the mailing is from the ********************** of the *******************. NOWHERE does the postcard display the name of the company or the product that they're pedaling. NOWHERE does the postcard display where the company is located. It only indicates that one must quickly call the County Deed Record's 888 number before the home warranty lapses. This mailing is designed purely to deceive, and based on the complaints from the elderly consumers they've conned, it's working. Any company that practices this type of deceptive marketing cannot be trusted to deliver a service that is worth your money. This is one sleazy, scammy outfit.Review fromTammy H

1 starJust received a letter from 4everHome USA informing us that our home warranty was going to be cancelled if we did not pay $4,268 premium ! We have never heard of this company or ever received a bill from this company . I did not even know what the insurance was ,so I googled the company which said it was a home warranty insurance. We have never bought home warranty insurance on this home at all ! This appears to be a scam that we will report to the post office and our Bank and the BBB in our area . It is illegal to send a large bill and demand payment for something we have never heard of or signed up for ! One of the most dishonest, predatory companies I've ever come across. Their entire marketing campaign is built on deception and lies (including the comments they post under each one of these reviews). Like others have noted, they send mailers with no company information filled with urgent warnings about lack of or expired coverage (I've never had a home warranty), clearly mimicking the letter format and language of state and/or federal institutions. I've called upwards of TEN times to have my name removed from their mailing list, with each agent promising the job was done. Yet every month, without fail, I receive a piece of mail with no identification filled with scare tactics. It's a disgusting way to operate a business, they should be ashamed. As a kicker, their agents get more shameless and combative the more you call. It's a cesspit. STAY AWAY. And if anyone figures out a way to get them to stop sending mailers, please tell!4EverHome USA
