If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is absolutely horrible. I signed my husband up for peptides to assist with his shoulder and knee injury. Ive been a long time follower of the owner and trusted in that when choosing this company. After speaking with their doctor we were convinced to sign up for TRT too. After speaking with 3 of our own doctors, they all said the same thing- he doesnt need to be on TRT and that his numbers were over average for his age. Clearly we trust our own team of doctors over some random physician we spoke with over the phone who has never even examined him. After cancelling the **** the owner continued to curse at us and tell us what idiots our doctors were. We spent over $300 on peptides and they shipped them to the wrong address. I tried contacting the company and coordinators multiple times and was told they were shipping another set out. That was 3 months ago. I still have no shipment, no response to any of my emails/messages on their site. I reached out to the owner of the company and was greeted by being cursed at and called an idiot and an a****** and being told that there is nothing he can do and that I dont listen. This company is incompetent and incapable of handling their business in a professional manner. Never mind the completely unprofessional and arrogant owner! Save yourself the headache and go with a reputable company. This man has no respect for anyone other than himself. My husband is a veteran and does not deserve to be called an a****** by someone who thinks that they are holier than thou. The way he speaks to people who are PAYING him (in my case, for a product that was never even received!) is absolutely disgusting. Stay far away!!
