      This law firm is conducting horrible business. ***** is the person over my case. I went in the last week of May 2024 to sign paper work to release funds, ***** assured me she would be going on vacation the following week and when she returned the payment would be there because mailing option was overnight. . A few weeks pass I call to inform her of my fathers death in June 7th and I would need the funds to help cover a portion of funeral costs and she returns my voicemail a few days after stating the adjuster for progressive that was assigned by case no longer worked there and she would call to see what she could do. Another week passed and she gives the excuse of Juneteenth. I call back and speak to her supervisor and he states hes going to call and see whats going on. He calls me back and says it should be in mail shortly, then ***** calls back a few days before July 4th to say nothing has came in the mail and if it doesnt come in the day she left voicemail it would be delayed due to July 4th being a holiday. Still to this day July 15th I have no payment and no communication from them. This is horrible service and to tell lies and have no since of urgency for a death is not professional. I want my funds and will NEVER do business with the company again and I urge other to not waste your time with them.

      You have our sincere apologies for the difficulty you experienced by not receiving your injury settlement funds sooner. We understand you were experiencing financial hardship at the time including the stress of a death in your family. We regret not being able to better manage your expectations on the timing for settlement distribution. Unfortunately we do not have full control of when an insurance company will issue a settlement check, despite our best efforts to expedite. In your case we received a settlement check from the insurance company on 7/16/24 and then distributed funds to you on 7/31/24, following the State Bar of Arizona required hold to ensure the funds cleared. With your case settled and funds distributed we consider our duty to you as a client as fulfilled.

      your service was horrible and so was the lady who was assigned by case all she cared about was partying and had too many side conversations. I will never use or refer anyone to your company. Thanks for the long wait and know KARMA is real!

      This client authorized in writing her final settlement distribution, which was issued on the earliest day after receiving funds from the insurance carrier. This concluded her legal matter and fulfilled our duty to the client.
