I have consistently been given the runaround between Equaint and Bluegreen for over a year now. I have been told by both parties that neither can help me and to contact the other - both parties giving me absolutely no help. Bottom line is, I have an issue with my ownership with BLUEGREEN, not you. I have never enlisted in your services so Im at a loss for words why Im having to deal with you at all, honestly. I have no reason to have to continue to jump through hoops for you when you're not the one I should be dealing with. I have written letters and made calls and have gotten no resolution whatsoever. The gig is up and Im tired of playing these games. I want whatever you have on file for me to be given back to Bluegreen immediately.This is beyond frustrating. I want my account closed with you. From the very beginning this has been one lie after another and I am done with it. I should not be going back and forth between two companies when my issue is solely with one - Bluegreen. I cant wrap my head around the fact that you can play this cat and mouse game and refuse to help. Not only is it ridiculous, but its just another reason that we want out of this. I need a timely response to this because I have been dealing with it for almost 3 years now.Business response

We purchased an AC system and the loan was with Benji. Since the loan has been established, we have received a collections notice from Concord services for payment. We have never had any contracts or dealings with them. Renovate America filed for bankruptcy and we were advised to not pay Benji any longer. We have not received any information on the new loan holder and yet we continue to receive threats from Concord about collections. I have tried to contact the local office with 5 different numbers and the phone hangs up. This company needs to stop with the threats and show proof of contract for the loan, remove the missed payment marks on my credit report! How do we owe a collection agency from the start of a loan and they have not shown any proof of this? Our loan is supposed to be with Benjis new loan holder which we have not gotten any information on that either!Business response

I've submitted a complaint regarding this companies report to the ************** The reporting shows inaccuracies such as the monthly payments and showing the account with Concord is still active. I paid off the loan in September and with the inaccurate reporting my FICO score has plummeted -23 points. I made my first payment in March and the report shows August as being the 1st payment and also shows just three payments being made, I made a total of seven payments in total. I work hard to keep my credit score in excellent status and I want this issue remedied ASAP!Business response

I purchased an HVAC system and financed this purchase with Red Brick Financial. I set up an automatic payment through my personal checking account at that time. My debt was sold to Oak Grove Trust and is serviced by Concord Servicing Corporation. I have not been able to access my account information in over a year though my monthly payments continue to be deducted from my checking account. I have contacted Concord several times by email and on the phone asking for access to my account information, but to no avail. Every time I try to set a password on my account online, I am sent a bad link. When I call, I am told that (1) I cannot be sent paper statements or even be emailed my own account information; (2) *********** will contact me within 5 business days to fix the problem. I have yet to be contacted; and (3) There is no one else I can speak to about my account. I plan to pay this loan off completely. I have a right to information about my own debt!Business response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I did finally reach Concord as ****************** indicates, but only after first calling the number listed with this business on your Better Business Bureau website *************) and being transferred to yet another Customer ********************** Number *************). The representative at the *********************************** accessing my account online, using a solution that was apparently available from the beginning. This was a surprise to me since no one at the customer ********************** number listed with the account *************) was either able or willing to help me. (This 866 customer ********************** number appears to be some kind of front for a run around employed by Concord to delay access to information [?].) For now I can access my account and do not need paper statements. I am currently working to arrange funds so that I can pay off this loan completely and will be very glad when I do. Thank you, Better Business Bureau, for the work that you do.
