Worst membership policy you can't cancel before a year. I wasn't offered the 6 months option. I can't transfer any to my wife only 1 every 6 months. And when I had 5 paid for as nd only 60 days to use when cancelled membership. No refund of un used session, you use or lose attitude. Never again use massage envy

Horrible experience with them been a client for almost 4 years and someone hacked my credit card. While I was waiting for my credit card to be renewed, I got a call from them stating that they needed a credit card to continue having business with them. I explained to them what it happened. and booked a massage and told them when I come in I will give them the new number didn't want to give them my number over the phone. Keep in mind I had 3 1/2 massages on their books. The next day I got a call stating that they wouldn't be able to honor my massage until I gave them a credit card number I said I didn't want to give it to them over the phone and when I come in, I'll be happy to give it to them but they still refused and expected me to go there without having a booking and give them my credit card number I refused and basically they canceled me and took my 3 1/2 sessions away

After 24 years in the military and all the "beating up," I put my body through, whether willingly or unwillingly. I needed to find a way to rehabilitate my broken and aching body. That answer came after my first full-body stretch with *** at Massage Envy in ****************** Mall, ********!!!I am not one to write reviews; nevertheless, I had to share this with the rest of my military community (both retired and active duty) and a wider audience. Both my right shoulder (rotator cuff) and left knee were severely damaged after injuries in the service and years of "playing tough." Don't get me wrong! I did physical therapy in the service, but that was nothing compared to the treatment and results I have obtained from ***.After two sessions, both the flexibility and pain in both my knees and shoulder have improved. I am now convinced that pressure stretching works!!!Don't play tough like me! Go check *** out; I promise you won't regret it!!! Thanks *******v/r,********************* Retired *************. Army Soldier!

This company steals your money. I signed up for a year service in April and at the end of my contract they continued to charge my card after my cancellation. I called so someone can stop the charges and refund the funds that was taken. I was given two emails for ***** and *****,katey.*********** at massageenvy.com ,amani.hrmeat at gmail.com no reply from anyone, no follow up, no nothing. I called several times prior to end date of my contract requesting the form and was not given the form on many occasions cause they "forgot" it wasn't until I asked to stay on the phone so I can confirm receipt, sent form same day and again I am still being charged. The front desk staff is not helpful and I wish I never signed up with them. They cause more stress then needed.

Improper validation of gift card for the Mothers Day special. This was at the ************* location in ****** *******. The manager came out of the store looking for me as if I did not pay for my facial. After they did a little research they found the unused facial in there system. DO NOT GO THERE. Manager Rich does not care about clients.

I went to Massage Envy off *****************************************************. Twice I went to this location. Very unprofessional. I was booked for certain services and received alternate treatments. I had ankle surgery and advised them. First technician hurt me where I could not walk for 2 weeks. I warn people about this establishment. They offer services that the technicians are not certified and could really hurt someone. They also offer help with Covid. They should be investigated!!!!Stay away from this company!!!!

This is not a complaint about the therpists, but regarding the company itself and their practices. I have has a membership for a while (I think since 2016), and had enjoyed using the services up until covid. Massages were unavailable and I would not have felt comfortable going to one considering I work with people who are immunocompromised. They still charged during this time, and I ended up with a lot of credits. I froze my account in the end of 2021 to try to being that back down, but was unsuccessful due to difficulty finding appointment availability. I have tried constantly since March 2022 to find open appointments, but I would have to schedule everything 3 MO ths in advance, meaning I couldn't even use the credit for the current month until 3 MO later. I tried canceling my account, knowing I would basically paid them hundreds of dollars for services the could not provide, and then they charged me again this month, knowing I can't use the credits because there are no appointments available within an hour of where I live. That they continue to charge for services they cannot provide is ridiculous and seems somewhat criminal to me. Just wanted to warn anyone out there that they don't really seem willing to do anything to keep you as a customer. I would recommend putting your money elsewhere, into a company with ethics.

My aunt has cancer. She and I are scheduled to receive facials at the same time in the same room tomorrow. I have just had a direct Covid exposure and would like to cancel to avoid exposing my aunt who is receiving chemo. They informed me that I will be subject to the same late cancellation fee as anyone else even though Im trying to protect my aunt. They did not care.
