The ** *** gave me an awake BBL lipo *************************************************************************************************** a different state he said i need to file a lawsuit and complaint that the ** at haus of confidence was grossly negligent my even is uneven and there appears to be permanent scarring inside my stomach needing a subcision the owner **** also kept my ******** prescription and when i asked for the pills she said she will dispose of them so they literally stole my prescription i picked up and paid for its so shady and awful they refused to refund me or correct my poor stomach as a model has been devastating and not to mention the multiple **s that turned me down to fix it because its so badInitial Complaint

On 2/24/24 I had awake liposuction w/fat transfer to my breast and *********** the end of March I started having issues on my left breast. I went back and forth with H.Of C. Through July? Between that time I had two emergency hospital visits. Have seen specialists and a wound specialist. I have had around ****** or more expenses due to complications( aside of what I paid for the procedure) I have had with my breast. And still suffering mental and physical trauma. I regret going through the procedure, when I went for the consultation **** is a very good sales representative. I was financed through 3 loans and still had a huge balance. After all that trouble I felt obligated to go through the procedure. At the end of the day it was not worth it. I didnt achieve the results I wanted. If any my left breast is now botched. **** and Dr. ***** kept saying it had to be something I had had before the procedure? I have had two open wounds that are still in the healing process. The time I have lost at work and in my quality of life was not worth it. The time from February to now ( November) Ive been limited with what I can do to the pain and suffering on my raw left breast. I literally lost the year and financially have been burdened. I would/will not recommend Haus of Confidence. I believe there Instagram has fake testimonials to lure you in. Not to mention the time **** assured me I needed from work to recover? The pain was far more painful then I was told it would be? I was shaking during the procedure and after I couldnt talk without my jaw shaking.Initial Complaint

I purchased a procedure in March 2024. During the day of the l procedure, the Medical device was malfunction. Procedure was conducted in an awakened stated. The Medical device profusely leaked liquid throughout the whole procedure. I was soaking wet. Again, this was a procedure that was conducted being awake in a relaxed stage In and out) ( ********* was taken). I expressed this issue at another appointment, where I was also told that the procedures I paid for where not fully conducted Which was confirmed by the Medical technician/surgical technician who was present during the procedure. As well in this particular room surgical room/procedure room was a small bottle of what looks like fat and blood When I asked the technician if this was mine, she stated no that is not yours. It also seems that records are being mishandled, And procedures being claimed to be completed even this is not the case.Initial Complaint

This place botched and injured me during a jaw filler procedure on June 27 2023 and i was charged. My injector vehemently expressed that what occurred was completely normal and asked me to come back for a second treatment because my jaw was so swollen and uneven that they couldn't continue. The excruciating pain did not go away so I cancelled the second appointment. The pain lasted about 4 months. I didn't know how to handle the situation so 6 months passed and I finally decided to reach out and explain to the owner what happened and request a refund. This place didn't even have the decency to respond to my email. I called multiple times over the course of a week when I finally got "*****" on the phone. I explained that medical injuries are not something to treat with indifference and ignoring my email only escalated the situation. She took no accountability whatsoever, refused to reimburse me and talked medical jargon circles around me, told me I waited too long to say anything, and asked me to come in to evaluate my jaw. I explained that it's been six months and my jaw is healed now, to which she responded "then you can't prove you were injured." I feel completely antagonized, abused and discarded.Initial Complaint

On 6/9/23 I submitted a $520 deposit for an injection course I was told would be 7/14/23 & 7/15/23. On 7/7/23 at **** I received an email from the medspa stating the dates were 7/15 & 7/16/23. I immediately contacted (****) my personal injector (whom referred me to the program) in which he said not to worry, I could attend a private training date separately from the class. No date was provided at the time. On 7/12/23 the remaining balance of $4,680 was charged to my card and I was set to attend the one day. I attended the 7/15 class and was not provided a certification of completion since it was a 2 day service. On 7/17 I called the medspa in which the receptionist asked for my availability throughout the remainder of the month into August. I provided her 12 available dates and never got a call back to confirm which date worked for the medspa. On 8/1/23 I direct messaged my personal injector telling him I hadnt heard from the medspa in which he said they would get back to me never did. On 8/12 I emailed the receptionist a follow up email asking for an update on my next training session followed with a call, she answered and asked me to give her my next 4 weeks of availability- we spoke back and forth and I had told them I was available 9/7/23, she said that worked although I never got a follow up email. On 9/6/23 I called the medspa to confirm I was coming in with my model for the second part of training where the owner told me that date was never available and they were leaving for a conference for the next few days. This would put my service past a two month period to only potentially get scheduled; with constant miscommunication, lack of communication and pushing a date further and further back I am no longer willing to work with this institution. I want a full refund since I never received my certification and the medspa failed to provide me with the full service within a reasonable timeframe.Business Response

Good evening,
My request is a full refund and no further communication. I made that clear in my last message. I have no desire to continue with your training as I patiently attempted to obtain the service I paid for for 2 months. Its unacceptable. I dont want to spread this issue any further than between the BBB. I hope to resolve this matter quickly and quietly. I respect your business and I ask for the same respect back. My time was wasted and my money was taken. I do not want to pursue this field, this opportunity and I dont even want injections anymore. This experience has left me frustrated and saddened.
