I made an offer on a 2022 ***** ES 300H with ****** Miles on it. Price at $32,425.00 so we negotiated a trade-in and they close the deal but when the deal closed the price of the car had been raised to $36,988 before any taxes or fees were added. On My trade in i owed $45,644.28 They gave me $51,000 on my trade-in. Plus i put an additional $3500 down. Making my down payment $8,855.72 plus i got a $2,500.00 Tax credit. This is outrageous. How is this legal. Mananger after manager Ive spoken to and all saying someone Will. All me back. Nothing yet.

Went in for a simple oil change. I drove 4 miles off the lot, and all the oil in the engine was all over the engine bay, and the synthetic oil got so hot it flashed and my entire engine bay was filled with smoke. (450F or higher.)Dealer is not helping me replace my 2022 car. They refilled the oil, and washed off most the evidence. I have my insurance adjuster driving over to see if I can claim the fire damage on my insurance. I'm working with a different dealer to trade in my messed-up car. This is going to cost me $30,000 to replace the vehicle. (An expense that should have taken place in 2026-28). I could try and replace the entire engine, but all the wiring harness, and electronic sensors were covered with oil. Too much happened to make it a reliable car. I really wish I had looked at the BBB review before going there. I will send them a demand letter for the cost of trading in prematurely my new cars. The bottom line is I'm out $30K for a simple oil change, because Airpark can't find quality employees to work at the dealership, and won't stand behind their workmanship. The only one I would trust is ******************* (Service Advisor). H*** probably be fired tomorrow by the service manager, because hes just too honest to work there.

I walked into this dealership pre-approved for a loan from my credit union, which I explained to two people there. After sitting down with the financial department, I found out they were trying to use their internal finance company. I told him again I was pre-approved through my own credit union that I had bought my first car through 25 years ago. He acknowledged that and never talked about it again. He just had me sign the paperwork and then rushed me out. They didn't go over anything about the car or loan terms. I figured it was fast easy car purchase. A few days later I contacted my credit union to find out when my first payment was due. To my surprise they didn't know anything about it. They had my pre-approval paperwork, but no loan. I contacted the dealership about this, and after they dodge my messages for a couple days soneone responded, but I got nowhere. Someone named *****, who said he was the sales manager, finally responded after I said I would leave a negative survey. They only explanation he could provide was I would have missed out on $1000 rebate. I will never do business with them again, and I will advise anyone I talk to that they are cheats at this dealership.

I brought my jeep in for a death wobble and the service advisor told me, without looking at it I know what it is, Ill have the part ordered. I request my vehicle be looked at anyway for safety reasons. I wait an hour and a half and the service advisor says nothing else is wrong with it. I get paperwork and nothing on the paperwork shows what they looked at. Uncomfortable, I took my jeep to two other mechanics. Both mechanics confirmed the same things were wrong with my jeep and showed me on my jeep. Find it very odd that the service **** at airpark missed such important things that were wrong on my jeep. This place is a scam. Their advisor **** is arrogant and refuses to handle any issues relating to his service advisors and lack of performance. Thankfully nothing that needed to be fixed was dangerous with the potential to cause an accident or harm to me. Airpark didnt even care about my safety and never even looked at my jeep after I made an appointment.

I have always prided myself on giving positive reviews and to deal with my complaints privately, however, I have never felt like having to take a hot shower to scrub off of me like I have after this experience. Please note, it is ongoing. On Friday, December 23rd, I went into the dealership to purchase a truck. I was not feeling well that day so after finding a truck I liked, and going over some numbers, I was placed in a seating area. I was not told what I was waiting for. After a half an hour and, not being able to find my salesman, I left. I live an hour away. Ten minutes from home, I get a call from the salesman and asked why I left, I told him. Well he tells me on the phone that they can give me more for my trade which will lower my payments and that he will text me over the new numbers. Never got that text. Then he calls me and asks if I can put another $1,000 down. I said I could and he takes my downpayment on the phone, again saying he will send me the numbers and my receipt. I was not going to be able to pick the truck up until the following Monday, after Christmas because they needed to fix the window actuator and air conditioning. The next day I got an email from customer service about my experience and told her I was not happy, I then called and was told someone would get back to me. By the afternoon I was mad so I drove to the dealership and asked for a refund. Longer story shorter, a director in Finance handheld me through the process, and the numbers told to me the day before were $100 per month cheaper than the final paperwork (they had to include a $4,000 warranty to "help make their money that they were losing on the deal), in fact the salesman said he wasn't supposed to show me the other numbers. The finance director went out to look at the truck and also noted that the air conditioner wasn't working and sent it back to service. They only recharged an a/c that is on a 2019 truck and GUESS WHAT, 3 weeks later, THE ** DOESN'T WORK!

BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY a vehicle here!! They will overcharge you, make promises to "get the deal" done that they don't intend to follow through on, just to get a vehicle sold. Found out the hard way...Bought a jeep here in Jan 2022, only to have it break down in the middle of the highway on its first big road trip, merely 7 mos later! They sold the ***** vehicle with chips in the windshield that were noticed on the drive home after buying, and they promised they would replace the windshield, still have yet to do it. Meanwhile my ***** jeep is now at a repair shop and it won't even start!! They oversold, overcharged and my family could've been seriously hurt!! They could care less about people, all about the *********! Worst car buying experience ever!! The salesman followed us over to the dealership next door and wouldn't leave us alone to look at another vehicle in the other sales lot! So many red flags!! DO NOT waste your time, money or dignity here!!

Dear *****, I'm sorry to hear this and would like to look into this, However I cant see any vehicles purchase by a "********" in December of 2021 , January or February of ******************************************************** my self the ** , I will gladly pull the file and see what we have in writing we agreed to fix.. In regard to vehicle breaking down, no matter how much we *****************, since they are made and designed by humans , there is a possibility that from time to time it may break down.. The great news is that if it is certified you can go to any CJDR dealership and it will be covered.. That's why people prefer to buy certified .

the worst customer service won't keep their word NO star I should have walked away the second I saw how much gas the salesperson pumped like $5.00 to the jeep when we took it for a test drive. I had to pump gas to make it home all dealers give you a full tank when buying a car. so, this is by far the worst customer service once they get your money they will not give you what they promised even when it's in writing, yes this is what happened to me. the jeep was never detailed it was only washed and still left very dirty but I thought to myself (I can do it no big deal). then we had a disagreement with the tires & finally, I was going to walk away so they gave with only agreeing to give me half of what the tires would cost me still we had to call several times for them to send me the check. the 2nd key took tons of phone & after 5 months to get it, ****** which is a total (B) called me, and we scheduled the appointment well I missed the stupid appointment due to a family emergency out of the country, once I got back I called this (B) because I need to schedule an appointment for them to F program the key, that should not take more than 10 min. and it can be a *********-in especially after making me wait 5 months for this key! well, the key was not held for one month they returned it according to ******, I no longer will get the free key that was said I was going to get! I have it in writing & signed by the Manager. but just because I missed my appointment they decide I won't get it for free. and my seat covers also I never got them I told them several times via email with the salesperson & have been calling when I get a chance to leave messages for the manager and no call back we are going into 9 months and I'm tired of this. it should not have to be like this I need my key and seat cover. it's not fair I went in there happily to buy a car and they managed to s**** me! please walk away or get things before signing anything or driving away because after that they

We have never denied her owed items.. We set her first appointment was for June 10th 2022, she never called or responded .. Left voice mail on June 17th with no response, on August 5th we filed her away as "no contact."..On August 17th she reached out to the parts depts. department and the sales department who were unaware of what was already agreed upon..This was 6 months after ... Since we have had to pay for a technician on her no show appointment... When she shows up we will fit her in like everyone else.. The programing of the key must be done on our system connected to Stellantis the manufacturer.. This is connected to a live wi-fi and the connection and process can and will take time, this is all encrypted for her protection .. She must be prepared to wait her turn, it can take up to a 1-1/2 hrs from the time she arrives... It is always best to schedule to reduce her frustration.. Please contact ******* at ************...

I wish I could have recorded all the phone calls and conversations we had with each employee there to rest this case. I do have text messages and emails but Im not going to attach them Im not doing! dealerships are dealerships, and they say anything to make a sale! So, moving forward **** finally contact my husband last week he said he had the key there for us and the seat covers Im sure after seeing this review. I must say **** was nice and he did what he was supposed unfortunately he has no control over the rest of the people I called so I give him credit for keeping his word! However, it is unbelievable to read that they had to hire an outside tech to program my key! we all know all service departments have all these gadgets to program keys and it doesnt take a genius to do it!So ok after 8 months I have my seat covers and the spare key. Thank you, ****, ** finally happy with my purchase but I cant take back what I said because I didnt lie one bit!

This complaint is solely about the service department. It is because of them I will NEVER buy a vehicle from them again despite how much I enjoyed the sales team and how helpful they were. This is strictly because of the service department that they lose me as a customer for the entire dealership, and I will advise strongly against any potential customer in the future. So, what happened? In short, my wife had to have her Jeep looked at by another shop near by. They told her that it seemed the shock were leaking, but given the age, they should be covered under warranty. My wife called Airpark Dodge service and reported it, asking if it would be covered since the car is barely 2 years old. They told her she must make an appointment as they could not rely on another mechanic's opinion.Okay - she made the appointment, and got there on time. But they told her there were a number of cars ahead of her that were first in line - and even though they did not have an appointment, she would have to wait. When they finally came to her after 2 hours, they said they needed to hold the car for 3 to 5 business days to evaluate. 3 to 5 days to see if shocks were leaking which can be done by a visual inspection? So she just asked if they were covered by warranty, and they said they could not tell her until they were done with the inspection that would take 3 to 5 days. They would not even offer her a loner car - and even more offensive, would not tell her what i verified through Chrysler directly - and that is the jeep is still under manufacturer warranty.Because I will not put up with this kind of treatment, I will go to a local mechanic, and have them do the work, and then talk to Chrysler directly about anything warranty related. Even it is comes out of my pocket, I will gladly pay. This service center and the way they treat people is a main reason I will never go back to that dealership, and I highly recommend stopping all business with them.

I am sorry to hear about your experience, and we never want to hear about losing customers. In a effort to help, we wish to explain that over the past 2 years there has been a massive move from other states to ******* and **********.. With that a ton of CJDR customers .. Our facility is still the same size, handling twice the volume we once did just a few short years ago ,, The unintended consequence of this growth, is that it takes longer for qualified techs to look at your car, instead of some hourly lube tech who may mis- diagnose.. I wish I could send you to another CJDR store in the valley , however we are all facing the staffing shortages and parts delays . In regard to rental cars , we use Enterprise and Hertz... The factory will reimburse us to put you in a vehicle that has been deemed unsafe to drive. Like us, Enterprise and Hertz, have little no inventory to put our customers in that are in "safety concerns"" .. Unless we were able to diagnose the item , and confirm with the factory for there authorization .. This is no way a excuse or justification of not being able to resolve your concern more readily, but a hope to give a little understanding to the obstacles we face during these times ... I will have my service director call and hopefully explain a new program "line saver" that allows us to bring you in based on the tech best qualified to handle your case ..This way you keep the car until the moment we can get it in and out..

I dont even know where to begin besides stating that this business is run by a toxic father and son that are not owners and are unethically running this business not only disrespecting, insulting and cheating their customers they are the same to their employees. They are homophobic, racist, and sexist. They hike up prices when you get thier in person regardless of add ons, they advertise on the website false information. They also knowingly sell broken vehicles and will not rectify anything. The reputation is terrible. We have purchased 3 vehicles the past 4 years from them and have never been treated so terrible, only because we held the managing partner accountable.

The world seems to have a label for every person , belief system and self identity roles.. The polarization of these labels gives way intolerance and hate .. The recognition and exploitations of labels is another form of politicized hate by all sides that we are living with today.. We cannot dignify a response to some of the personnel statements you have made .. I will simply respond that I am sorry we were able to meet your expectations.. We will use this as a training model to make sure next time we do better..

I have had an issue with the box inside the center console where you plug in your phone for Android Auto. From the day I drove the car off your lot, it has not worked right (keeps cutting out and disconnecting). I took it in and you guys said it was my phone and/or the cable and refused to look at it. I have changed the cord several times and have been through three phones since, still the same issue. I went again and you insist nothing is wrong with it. I got an oil change at a different Chrysler dealership in *********, and they told me it was defective after a quick test and said the dealer I purchased it from should have swapped it out under warranty. They would have done it, but I would have had to pay $1500, which I was not going to do since it should have been fixed by them the first time. I have since tried contacting you SEVERAL times and never got a response until I went through the BBB. I need this fixed NOW. There's been times where I am traveling out of state and lose connection for days, making it hard to use navigation in a place I am unfamiliar with. You need to fix it, even though the car is no longer under warranty since it was defective since *** ONE!They responded to my BBB inquiry and advised to make an appointment for the issue (as well as my AC) and they would waive the diagnostic fee. THE *** BEFORE my appointment, their joke-of-a-service Manager (*************************) called me and said they "refuse to work on my vehicle" because I called them incompetent in my BBB email (the one HE REPLIED TO advising me to make an appointment). He obviously read that prior to me making the appointment, and decided to be a ***** and cancel the day before.I have left a few messages for the ** to call me back, and he has not yet. I WILL NOT GO AWAY, they WILL fix this issue, whether **** wants to be a little baby about it or not.

We have not seen this vehicle since it was new with 400 miles .. Numerous technicians and shops have worked on this vehicle sincvce then..At the time we saw the vehicle we were unable to duplicate the custoemrs concerns ...The vehicle is no longer under warranty...The customer can always contact "customer cares" at **************..And plead his case directly with Stellantis.. We are a franchisee and as such have no authority to initaite warranty spend for repairs with out prior factory authorization ..The customer has been told this numerous times and we have ceased any communication with him as it is becoming hostile for the employees to recieve the above statede comments that are becoming more personnal ..
