Bought a used car on June 21, 2024 and within a few days had an issue with the transmission. After researching possible reasons I took the car to Kerrys car care for a transmission flush. They informed me that the transmission was pulling code P0700. Next I called Scottsdale Infiniti informing them of the issue and they instructed me to bring it back to them. After a couple days they tell me that nothing is wrong with the car. I pick it up and return it back to ****** car care to get it fixed under my MPP warranty. ****** then call in a claim describing the problem and MPP sends an inspector who condemned the transmission calling it a preexisting condition and refused to pay the claim. Called Scottsdale Infiniti telling them this and they refused to correct the problem stating they didnt find anything wrong with the transmission. Im now fixing the car wntirely at my expense. The car is waiting for a transmission to be delivered and I have been without a car for 2 weeks and needed to get a rental car which is another expense. Im requesting that they pay for this repair since this should have been fixed prior to selling the car.

This car dealer committed so many layers of illegal & shady acts that I need a 11K character window to report it all. And because I can only fit a fraction of my complaint here in this 2K character window, I will attach my complaint as a separate PDF. Thank you!

About two months ago, I purchased a vehicle from the Infiniti of Scottsdale, *******, dealership. According to. In our agreement, I was supposed to pay an amount as a down payment, and the rest was supposed to be financed as discussed for the out-the-door price which tax and fees were included. The purchase was an out-of-state purchase since I live in **********. Even though I advised them that I don't have much experience regarding out-of-state vehicle purchasing, they informed me that everything would be handled on their end. I only was supposed to sign some documents and send them back. After receiving the vehicle, I waited for the license plate to arrive for more than. ******, I have contacted the dealership since it didn't show up. I was advised that I was supposed to reach the *** of the *******************. After reaching the ***, I realized that I was supposed to pay the state tax out of pocket, even though It was supposed to be included in the financed amount. I tried to get a hold of the management of the dealership to seek clarification. But unfortunately, their lack of customer service and professionalism couldn't help me to resolve my matter even though I had proof that the Sales tax was supposed to be included. The management is. How has such a significant error happened? They are simply refusing to help me by saying that there is nothing much that can be done. I want this matter to be resolved since I have invested considerable money by purchasing from them, and they have to take ownership of the contract.
