    SCAMMERS AND RACISTS !We were initially looking to buy a GRAND HIGHLANDER,the seller told us they had several,upon arrival there was only one with a high price.We ended up looking at a 2021 highlander,the price on it was 38K,we had 10K to put down plus dealer fees we would be looking at a total of 32K.**** the finance manager said our payment will be at $669 with an 8.99% interest,the auto loan calculator app said it would be $515 since my credit score is at 811 for 72 months.We got pressured into signing paperwork with the promise that the car was going to include a 6 year/100k mile warranty and a free maintenance service for it,we thought it was a pretty good deal. We signed as he was ******* through the screens, he said he couldn't print anything he give us a memory stick the rest was going to be mailed to us.As of now we haven't received anything,30 days later.We got home after an 8 hours drive with our 5 year old daughter, printed all the paperwork, we came to find out that we are going to PAY $56K FOR 84 months!Very upsetting,I felt so abused.We are hispanic so I think he took advantage of the language barrier.HE ADDED TO THE CONTRACT $9,100 + on the services he told us they were included.Some forms were incomplete and some were filled out wrong.He added $1,833 for the maintenance service he said it was included already! $4,673 for an extended warranty that he said it was included in the ****** A fancy low-jack ********** for $1,524.$249 for cup guards? they looked used!On the way back the car was not driving smoothly,we took it to the Discount Tire shop,they told us that the tires needed to be balanced!it didn't fix the problem so we aligned them too.The problem has not been fixed!3 wheels have a bad curb rash.WE ENDED UP WITH A CAR WE DIDN'T WANT TO BEGIN WITH, A PAYMENT WAY TOO HIGH FOR A USED VEHICLE AND A WORTHLESS CAR!All thanks to this horrible place.I'M NEVER BUYING A TOYOTA AGAIN!PLEASE CHECK HOW THIS PLACE WORKS, IT'S JUST SCAMMING PEOPLE.

    We drive all the way from ******** and its worth the drive and we will continue to do business them and our salesman **** always go out of his way for us We also will continue to tell family and friends to buy cars and trucks from them
