      SkinnyMe Chocolates has owed Bizaglo for an overdue invoice for 6 months.CEO ************************* has acknowledged the debt and indicated he is broke.CEO ************************* has missed our last 16 attempts to contact him regarding the overdue invoice.We have called the SkinnyMe Chocolates hotline many times, they promise to return our call within 24 hours, but never do.We have posted on LinkedIn regarding the unpaid invoice, SkinnyMe employees just block us.

      I placed an order for products on 9/18/23. As of today, 11/6/23, this business STILL has not shipped my order. I have emailed, messaged through ********* and called the 800#.l for the past TWO MONTHS. EACH WEEK I have been told that the order would ship on the next two weeks. Then when I ask for info as to why the order has not shipped in over two months, they hang up on me. Very poor customer service and I want my order shipped and a FULL EXPLANATION of WHY they are not shipping peoples orders!

      I would like to be able to send the company a shipping label all they would need to do is package up my products and put the label on it and I will have *** come and pick up the products. I do not care that they are having problems with their own shipping service. I have my own service for my business and I am happy to pick up my own order so that I am not waiting another two or three months to get it.

We're terribly sorry for any inconvenience, but at this time rest assured we did cancel your backordered purchase and you were not charged for it. Thank you for your time.

      I placed an order in august but no product has shipped. They have notified me they are backordered ever since. I like their product, but I've called and emailed and the answer is always the same that they are having trouble getting the product, but soon will be able to deliver. online the chocolate is still shown as being available, but it's not

      We are terribly sorry for any inconvenience our delays in shipping may have caused for you. We are working to resolve an internal issue surrounding our third party shipping company at this time. However, delayed shipments will resume once these issues are resolved. We are currently accepting orders under a 'backordered' status, meaning customers who order at this time will not be charged until their purchase ships. We do understand the frustration involved and have cancelled your backordered orders #******* and #*******. Once again we are very sorry for any inconvenience the delays in shipping may have caused for you.       2 ORDERS WERE PLACE IN EARLY AUGUST 2023 FOR SOME CHOCOLATES. ORDER NOS. ARE AS FOLLOWS:3628316 AND *******. HAVE REACHEWD OUT TO THEM TWICE AND THEY THEY KEEP GIVING THE SAME EXCUSE OF PROBLEMS WITH THE SHIPMENT. THEN THEY SAY CASE IS CLOSED AS IT HAS BEEN RESOLVED. I WANT A REFUND OF WHAT I PAID.

      July 21 2023 I ordered 3 boxes of the Birthday Cake chocolate and three boxes of the Almond bars. So I have been calling and sending emails about my order and I keep getting the run around. On 7/27 23 I sent a message asking when my chocolates would ship. ********* said they are experiencing a slight delay in shipping. August 2 I sent another message and then I called their call center and they told me to wait another 3-5 days. ***** answered my message says they are experiencing a slight back order and should be shipped out at the end of the week and that was the week of July 28. August 5 ***** says they are experiencing a slight back order which has delayed some orders from shipping and he said it should ship out at the end of the week of August 11. Just want a truthful answer from someone who is not a call center or a message call me. I paid ****** dollars for the chocolate bars. Please help. I feel like I am getting the run around. My number is **************. If they do not want to send my chocolate bars please return my money. Thank you. ***********************. My confirmation Number from them is *******. And my order number is *******

      I ordered my first batch of chocolate. It was not the free for the price of **** order as I did not want a subscription plan. When the chocolate arrive it was completed melted in the package. There was no dry ice or anything to keep it cold enough not to melt. I live in ***** with heat index of over 100 each day and that day (which it took a week to arrive) it was 110 degrees. I didn't know it would be a subscription plan and yet another batch arrived today, same thing, melted. One bag for $39.94. Absolute scam. It was in a manilla folder, completely melted. I want a complete refund of my money spent to date which is $55.36 plus $39.94 for a total of $91.30.

      Craversnacks has charged me for *****. I did not sign up for any thing from this company. I did receive a free sample of chocolate but no mention of any thing I had signed up for from this company. I have had this payment stopped by my bank and my credit card changed.

      I have been charged for an order from Craversnacks . I received an order for their sugarless chocolate but had not signed up for a free sample. I did not ever sign up for a monthly plan to continue or begin to buy their product.

      I signed up for the free trial of SkinnyMe chocolate and received no clear indication that I would then be signed up for the subscription and charged $35 every month. I was charged yesterday 5/13/23 requesting a refund and for the recurrent subscription to be cancelled with no luck. There is no option for me to cancel the subscription myself on the website. It was not clearly indicated that I would be charged monthly, I received no email communication regarding the charge/purchase, just noticed money was withdrawn from my account. Just seeking a refund and to have the subscription cancelled.
