Transaction + Order confirmation date 12/11/21 Item: Hoodie Cost: $70+Website states to allow 3-5 business days to process and ships within 1-3 business days. Never received item Contacted customer service to inquire Was told they had shipping issues (never notified of) with **** that were now resolved and item would ship Item has not shipped Requested refund or proof of shipping and was declined a refund stating "all sales are final" - except no item was ever shipped, there for it's not a sale. Escalated my complaint to social media and comments were deleted Item still has not shipped.There are many complaints like this (on ********* instagram (though they delete them), and various websites that review sites like this. This company is fraudulent and operates on giving away expensive motorcycles but never ships their actual apparel product that people have paid for. I have supporting email threads that I am willing to forward (of no resolve but just basically being told a refund will not happen).Initial Complaint

Transaction date: 8/8/21 Amount spent: $56.95 USD I ordered a "Carbon fiber iPhone 12 mini case"Reason for complaint: I placed an order for the case. My item has never shipped. I have emailed multiple times with no responses. I have contacted on their social media account only to find my comments deleted.The business has not tried to resolve or help in any way.My order number is (ORDER #******)No tracking was provided because the item was never shippedBusiness response

We refunded this customer August 26, 2021. Are carbon fiber supplier was out of stock of this item. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
