  These pills didn't work. I was charged ***** on 5/17/2022 and immediately charged $119.49 on same day. Then I was charged again the next month on 6/16/2022 for $119.49. I called and cancelled this - not realizing it was a recurring charge. I asked for a refund and never got it. I'm a little late to report, but just realized Keto Prime and Challenge Body Mind are related. Then I started receiving these charges of $12.49 for 'Challenge Body Mind' when I cancelled my Keto Prime. I received these these monthly for 11 months. I should have disputed them and unfortunately didn't. I just spoke with Challenge Body Mind and they will not refund my money for something I never subscribed to or received the product (ebook for a magazine). They refused to acknowledge or validate how I signed up for this subscription when I continually told them I NEVER did. DEFINATELY A SCAM. Check your CC bills monthly and challenge anything that is wrong as quickly as possible.

  I ordered a TRIAL for 2 bottles, but did not read the small print that they start billing you monthly,I stopped it 4 months later. This product did not do anything for me, after the first month IO threw away the *************. It does not rate in my opinion and is a rip-off. When I tried to get the refund for the 4 ******** they made to account, they only have a outsource ************ number, and they very well coached to say you are past the refund period of 30 days. Who has the time to keep track of this stuff. I tried calling their head office IN ********** ******* and no one picks up. All calls again referred to ***********. Don't buy this product, it is a waste of your money, and besides they will keep billing you every month. They are ripe for a CLASS-ACTION lawsuit, should anyone wish (preferably an attorney) wish to join. RIP-OFF!

  I ordered 2 bottles of Keto prime, the product doesnt work. I just want them to quit sending me 3 bottles of keto diet pills and I want them to quit billing my credit card! I have tried to contact them by phone and the number is out of order, I also sent them a email and yet they still continue to charge my credit card and send pills I just want this to stop! *********************

  I ordered the 5 bottle deal and did not get the deal price. Was charged much more. Then I just got charged another amount plus received more product that I did not order. I did not sign up for a subscription. I can not find the website to contact this company. I want my money back and dont want to be charged anymore. My original receipt only has confirmation info and non of the companys information on it. Can someone please help resolve this issue?????

  I selected a ***** special was charged ******, after refusing the additional offer, called and got a discount after asking to cancel the order, to then see an additional 119 charged, to only be told I needed to cancel within 30 days I'm on a monthly service, I cancel and unfortunately hard to fine their contact information. To receive a return label to get my 119 back.

  My husband ordered two bottles of Keto Prime. Before completing the purchase the website closed and we were billed ******. Got the product 4 weeks later, even though website said 3-5 days. 2 weeks after receiving the product, I was billed again for ******. They are saying that they can not cancel the order and give me a full refund because we agreed to a subscription . How can we even agree to term and conditions (supposivley where you **** subscription) when the order was not complete? Thebi get charge for an ebook for ***** from Challenge Mind Body. This place is a total scam.

  I can not reach customer service for instructions to return product. Have not received e-check partial refund as promised, $124.??.Product does not produce weight loss as promised. ************************* and Keto production should be held responsible for failure of product.

  I placed a 1-time order (not auto refill, NOT subscription), paid via credit card. Had annual doctor visit after taking 4 weeks; was told to stop taking because interfered with medications. Called Keto Prime several times since December 2021. They keep sending product every month! 1st call Feb '22-ask if acct was on autofill, said no. Told them cancel acct, said would. I asked for email confirm, NEVER got. 2nd call Mar '22, same discussion, said would confirm via email, DIDN'T ! 3rd, call APR. They say wouldn't send anymore product, would canceled acct/subscription, etc. NO email confirms as I requested every time. I've gotten the runaround for 5 months, no refunds for product I've paid $9/each to return via their RMA process. NO satisfaction via customer service or 'fulfillment center' employees.It's May 2022, and I am now addressing this as a dispute with my credit card company.
