    I ordered two swimming suits from ******* on 2/27/2025. I paid $73.96 for the items. I was told the suits would be shipped by March 5th at the latest and received by March 17th at the latest. I received an apology email for a shipping delay on March 14th, but it still reported that the items would be received by March 17th. The tracking number they supplied me with shows that **** is still awaiting the item. I have started live chats on multiple occasions and each time have been told to "kindly wait". I was told on April 3rd that I would be refunded the full amount. I asked that a copy of the conversation be sent to me email, but it never was. I did happen to take a screen shot of that part of the conversation. I just got done with another live chat and we are back to the "kindly wait" response. I believe I'm being scammed and just want my money back.

    Ordered 3 bathing suits. Only 2 staye shipped and have not received them. When I look up tracking the location of orogon is not legit. This is a scam. Tried to email, place a ticket and ******** message. All contact methods are a scam. Do not order from here .

    Ordered a bathing suit from ***********. I paid for it with a Debit Card. They said it was Delivered Dec 12th. But it was NEVER DELIVERED!!!

    Wanted to return as didnt fit. No phone number to call. If you text for help your message disappears and you get a reply that saystry laterIf you try to return it changes it to exchange. If you try to leave a review it disappears with a message you cant review an item you have not received. They refused to recognize one of the order numbers saying it was incorrect. They are 18 numbers long but in other places they recognize the same order number

    I ordered 2 dresses and they did not fit. I returned them with their shipping label on 11/3/24. The package was received by them on 11/8/24 and I have proof of receipt from ****. They are denying receiving the package and will not refund my money.

    I've repeatedly asked to have my cancelled order of $272.66 refunded and put back on my original form of payment. My ***** credit card. I was assured this would be done, only to find that they're offering my a store credit. I have told them over and over, I was my money refunded. They're just giving me the runaround. I made this pur***** 8/22/24. I cancelled my order the same day. Please help me get my refund. Thank you

    I placed an order and the app froze and then it unfroze and completed. It was weird. I checked my credit card and I had two charges of $139.33 instead of just one. I have a feeling now that I got scammed because I tried to reach out and of course nothing and then later I did their chat option and they started asking me questions and asking for a screen shot. I didnt feel comfortable doing that because they have my name address email phone and let 4 digits of my Cc so I would give them the two exact charges that would be something they might be able to hack into my Cc with. I dont know. Felt sketchy so looked them up and see there are issues.

    I ordered a bathing suit and a bottom. The suit kind of fit but it was clearance so non returnable. But the bottom didnt fit. I did an exchange and now they are telling me I cant return the second bottom because its store policy. I plan to contact my bank to get money back. I had to do this with another **************** If Im not ordering on Amazon Im looking at reviews from now on.

    I ordered something from Modlily but they did not apply the shipping coupon. I canceled that order and ordered again. They gave me the impression that they would refund my money for the canceled order. They did not. They credited it to my Modlily account. My order has taken several weeks to even get to me (I haven't even received it yet). I would like a refund of my $81.95 to my payment method and not a credit to their company. I do not want to order from this company again. Their customer service is terrible and they are a poor business.

    Returned both items I ordered as they did not fit. I knew I would have to pay for the return label, which was fine. Mailed back on 6/20/24 waited 2 weeks on refund. There was no refund, so I filed a dispute with my CC. Only to check and see that Modlily is on giving me back $43 (and some change). Contacted *******, and "*****" was zero help and told me I would receive an email in 12 hours. I do not recommend ******* to anyone. I was full prepared to pay for the return label, but it did not cost $23 for a return. DO NOT DO IT!
