    I placed an order with Sneaker Match Tee 8/8/2022 for $70.95 for 3 t-shirts. I still haven't recieved my order. I've left my name and order number by text like they asked more than a few times. I've tried the number and email and no response at all. I've even messaged on Insta Gram and still no response. I would just like my order please.

    I Placed an order on 04/07/2023, the company will not respond, I have contacted them by phone email and text, I have and order number #******, which you cannot get an order status using the order number, Still have not been provided with a tracking number, I feel this is a scam and would like a refund.

    I ordered a hoodie from them on February 18th 2023. Never got a tracking number no contact from them for anything. The message me on ******* trying to say they have been emailing me about my address being wrong. It wasnt and that was on march 6th 2023. Still have not got the hoodie. They never sent a tracking number and stopped replying on ******* and no other way to contact them. $70 is about what im out

    My fianc recently purchased with this company. The package took over a week to even give an update. No reply to email/text which they say reply within 24 hours. Once he finally received his package 20 days later, we first noticed the package did not look like it could fit 3 shirts. Despite the worry of the size of the package he opens it. He finds 2 shirts & a piece of paper that says refund but has not received even a reply back to them let alone a refund. We have contacted a few times and now are getting upset. Please let me know if there is anything else you need and/or if you can do anything for him

    I been texting sneakermatchtees since Aug 1st 2022 n I havent got no reply back from them. They took ***** from my account n I didnt get no product from them. This is a very unprofessional business n needs to refund people they money back if they didnt get there product n shut their business down for it wont happen to anybody else. So can u please help with this problem

    I placed an order through Etsy.. I ordered 2 shirts from the company sneaker match shop !! I have not received any tracking number a label hasnt even been created and I cant get any response from the company or the owner. My order was for $53.00. I got an email showing the order was placed. Pretty much a receipt with an order number but thats it. No money back no merch!!
