      I took my *********************** Terrier MyKayla back in on August 4th, 2021 to have her have a 24-hour fasting x-ray along with they did blood work and that **** for $189 was paid with Care Credit I recently received a **** from Raintree saying that I did not have that paid with a collection fee attached to it we took that **** back down to them to resolve the issue which they kept,, they said they would look into it, I then received the first part of November a **** from a collection agency I called them and told them I did not owe that **** and also called Raintree again to tell them I did not owe that **** that it was already paid by Care Credit, they informed me that the owners sold the business 2 weeks ago but still my veterinarian is still there and that she would pass it along and have ***** get back with me, however rMackenzie who was the person I spoke with called me back within an hour and told me that she had the opportunity to speak with the past owners and they told her that once it goes to collections there's nothing they can do and that I should pay the **** as quickly as possible because it will just keep getting larger I don't owe the **** it was paid on the date of service August 4, 2021 so I have tried numerous times to resolve this situation and they don't want to resolve it therefore I informed ******** that since she said that there was nothing they could do or she could do I told her fine I can do something and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau I would like this resolved because I do not owe the **** it was paid on the date of service August 4th 2021 by CareCredit, I do not owe them 189 or the ****** that I received from a ***************** I would like to file a formal complaint because who knows how many people this has happened to thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing back from you

      My pet was throwing up for 6 days - took him to Raintree Pet Resort and the vet recommended a lab test. I humbling say I was saving $ to pay my rent but the concern with my pup having a bacteria and passing that bug to my other puppy weighted me more than my rent that min so I agreed to the lab result and was promise to be delivery in ********************************************* my older # which I have updated the day prior to the appointment 12/18/23 On 12/19 went to the appointment. On the 20th went to drop the ***** test (which got lost by staff member) called for test results were told that the vet who treated my pup would be back after holiday. I called again on the 24, 26,29,30th. I was told only a vet could provide the test result I asked to speak to manager who told me that she understood my frustration would pass ahead and get back w me next day,NOTHING!The vet called today 01/02/24 and said that dog is great, I said I KNOW! The lab test was not out of luxury but concern to have 2 sick pup in the house with perhaps deadly bacteria. The vet said I understand your you will forward to management. So a few mins later I received a call telling me that from $300+ they offered me $ 70 back from the ***** test they lost. Now whoever is reading this please tel me what is the purpose to hear a lab result 14 days later?I feel violated. I work too hard for each dollar I spent. The dogs are returned patients and still no regard with all the time I spent driving there to take the puppies, drive back to take the ***** test they lost, and no regard for all the calls I made seeking for lab results now my refund.Telling me the lab was outsourced? Is that really my business? I paid what was asked you didnt do me any favor. I am contacting BBB to report this but still hoping to receive a call with my full refund not 70 bucks. I am not expecting OWNERSHIP at this point BUT MY $ BACK! My pup could in fact be DEAD if he needed an urgent medication.
