              I have been leasing the property at ***** ******************************************************* for 5 years. I did a move out walk through on 1/31. The property had all original fixtures and flooring and I paid a deposit of 995$. During the walk through I was told I would be charged a hauling fee for the trash left in the trash cans. I received a receipt a two weeks later stating I was being charged floor and carpet cleaning, counter top repair, hauling, and a past due balance of 50$ totaling 1070$. During the walk through I was never told about counter top repair at all. During my initial move in walk through I noted that the carpets were in poor condition and according to the ** landlord and tenant act, I can not be charged for normal wear and tear to the property such as carpet that is 5+ years old. Pure property management are unlawfully holding my security deposit.

              I trust *************************. She is real good and hard work for community. I tried to explain our problems to old managers. No one answer since the 2022.But she finished problems just used two days!!??????Cheerful to all of that efforts ??????????????If I'm good English, I try to write about more experiences.
