      The regional manager ******* ***** came to my house and told me if I didn't remove the refrigerator from my back of my driveway and the lights on the front of my house that she would have someone come and remove them from my home. Which I own my home I rent the space. But still if she sends someone too remove my items would be classified theft of personal belongings and I would get law enforcement brought in and charges would be filed. And I have contacted yes communities corporate office and they refuse to return my call and dissolve this issue and regional manager ******* ***** needs too fired from her job for Intimidating and harassing a disabled resident who I have lived here for three years with no complaints. ******* ***** was the leasing manager when I bought my home in 2023 and she was removed from property in 2024 and now she wants too hassle me and intimadate me and harass me. The property manager has never given me anything in writing or no violations in three years of residence

      Dont move here they falsely accuse me leaving my apartment dirty lucky I had proof and they didnt complete my work order for 4 months

      I am submitting a formal complaint regarding my experience with Mountain Gate Apartments. My husband and I have been exemplary tenants, consistently paying our rent on time without any issues. Recently, we were approved for a new home and are in the process of moving out. However, we encountered significant difficulties when attempting to end our lease.Despite our lease expiring in 45 days, the office representative refused to assist us and demanded an additional $1,758 after we had already paid $2,043 for our one-bedroom apartment. When I pointed out that this requirement was not specified in our lease agreement, the Assistant Manager responded, We are not lawyers and cannot go through every line for customers. This dismissive attitude is unacceptable, especially given our track record as reliable tenants.I am extremely disappointed with the behavior of the staff at ************************, including *****, ******** ******* the property owner, and the Assistant Manager. Additionally, after being instructed by the Assistant Manager to email the property manager for a callback, ******* informed me that no call would be returned.Based on this experience, I strongly advise against residing at ************************, ********************.

      The harassment by the staff after I moved out and had a zero balance with the company is forcing me to file a lawsuit. Doing business with people who bully and threaten you while wrongfully withholding security deposits.

      I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the handling of HVAC issues in my apartment complex at **************** during the past year, October 2022- December 2023 I initially reported a heating problem with my HVAC unit, and after multiple visits switching wires changed filters and cleaning the closet by maintenance men who claimed to be HVAC certified, I was advised to let it run. They also had a couple of vendors come out one of which said the outside unit was Leaking and needed to be replaced. Despite ongoing issues and me telling them the unit was not working properly and needed to be replaced along with the fumes I couldnt run the unit it wasnt done. When the summer of 2023 arrived, the unbearable heat caused lethargy, nausea, headaches, and an inability to function. Despite my repeated complaints, they insisted the unit was fine and failed to provide any relief again, closing out the work order in complete It wasn't until November 2023 that a vendor finally replaced the outside unit, only to discover that the inside unit was also leaking and non-functional. I was Promised a resolution by November 7, 2023, I stayed home, but no one showed up, and communication was non-existent. Emails went unanswered, and office visits were met with indifference and ignorance from staff members. The unit was replaced December 13 2023 The lack of communication and the repeated failure to address these issues promptly has caused significant inconvenience financial distress and health issues. It is unacceptable that I had to endure extreme temperatures and health concerns for an extended period without a proper resolution.I request a thorough investigation into the matter and appropriate action against the negligence and lack of communication displayed by the management. Residents deserve timely and effective responses to maintenance issues, especially those affecting their health and well-being.Sincerely,
