I have gotten NUMEROUS calls today from Ratemarketplace from different phone numbers, some calls only 2 minutes apart! I have asked to be taken off their list and to please not call me again. I have just had surgery today and am home TRYING to rest. I am expecting a call from my doctor so I cant turn my phone off. So much for resting today!!!! I was told my name would be removed from their call list, yet I am still being harassed as the calls continue. PLEASE MAKE IT STOP!!!!Business Response

Hello ************************* RateMarketplace is an online marketing company. We connect interested consumers with businesses that *** be able to help them. Our calls were in response to a web form inquiry we received. I reviewed our records which indicate that in the month of December we called you 3 times. You answered the 3rd call on December 13th and asked us not to call you. Our agent correctly removed you from *********** efforts and added you to our internal do not call list at the time of your request and you have not received additional calls from us since then.

This company has called me 9 times today, Dec 9, 2012. They have not left any voice messages and also hang up when my call screening application answers. This feels like harrasement. I may have inquired on their website many month ago but if they have a legitimate offer for me they could call one time and leave a voice message. I will return it if interested.Business Response

Repetitive phone calls even after Ive blocked this number keep coming through. Repetitive, about ******************************** the am until late at night. I told them to stop, *** cussed them out, Ive blocked their number and Im on the do not call list. They will NOT STOP HARASSING ME.Business Response

I was online and I had a thing pop up in my mail feed talking about possibly qualifying for a home loan, I followed the links they sent. One of the links went to a business that does home improvements. Another link led me to what turned out to be a mortgage lending. How does that tell me how I qualify for anything? I backed away after that in case it was a scam but I had already given them my contact info. Then I got an email from ratemarketplace and I thought they were a scam and that they have a long history of harassing people! I have been receiving calls from them nonstop and all their phone numbers are different. I want them to stop contacting me immediately!Business Response

My cell phone number has been registered on the DO NOT CALL registry for at least 15 years. I have NEVER done business with Rate Marketplace or it's affiliates in any way, shape or form nor have I ever made any such inquiries about refinance or new mortgage ever because ******************* we used (in 2019) is a family member. Rate Marketplace (or a telemarketing firm they hired) is making bothersome, intrusive and harassing cold calls from NUMEROUS different caller ID numbers with local area code and prefix numbers that are not listed on their company website or any company information page, which constitutes FRAUDULENT and ILLEGAL business practices. If I receive one more call or text from a number associated with Rate Marketplace, I will be pressing charges with the *** and BBB on my side.Business Response
