      I ordered 2 vapes on 02/01/2024 and sent payment immediately. I received confirmation, which I have attached, which stated estimated delivery would be February 12, 2024. I never received my order. I have sent numerous emails requesting information about what is going on with my order and havent received any response.

      I placed an order with Avalanche Vapes for 10 vape pens for $142.24. I think it was $.24 they never shipped it to me so Ive never received my order. I have emailed them multiple times and they ignore me, now when I try to get on their site, Safari ironically will not open up that site for me. I want my vape pens or my $142 back. They have caused me so much turmoil, anxiety, frustration, anger I cant even tell you what Ive been through with these people , I would like to file a lawsuit against them. I want my money back and I also want money for my damages to my health and my mental well-being because they have really messed with me. Can you please help me because Im about ready to drive off a bridge if somebody doesnt help me , my phone number is ************.       Placed an order online. Email verification was sent with order number and receipt. No product delivered and no response from company after multiple attempts. Emails for support bounce back as undeliverable.

      I ordered several disposable vapes. Order date passed so I tried to sign onto site to check on them. Site address that I got from an email confirmation from Avalanche now goes to a totally different website. No phone number on site that I found online. It would not allow me to sign in either. I was allowed to email them but have not gotten a response yet. I tried to reset my password and their site said that they sent a reset link to my email address but I never received it. I will be disputing this charge Monday morning when my bank opens. So frustrating that so many people are just thieves.

      I ordered multiple vapes on December 16, 2023 and have yet to receive any update as of January 2, ****. The order was supposed to be delivered by December 26, 2023. I sent multiple emails but I haven't gotten a response yet. The total order was $162.Im going to call my bank to dispute the charge if they dont respond this week.

      Purchase and payment confirmed through my AMEX credit card on 30/11/2023 for an amount of almost 200 for 3 boxes of 5 vapes. Ordered once previously and B everything was fine. This time my confirmation email started my items would arrive by 6-7 December 2023 and here we are, almost 2 weeks later and still nothing. I have written to them via the contact form but to no avail. My emails wont deliver to the email address thats provided for them and I went to check their Instagram amount by way of their website and it seemingly doesnt exist anymore. Im furious!!! I want my money back and Ill buy them elsewhere!

      I made an online purchase of $169.80 on Sunday 12/3/23 Website stated it would ship on 12/4 As of 12/7 it didnt ship and I contacted them by both direct message from their website, and by email. No response received. I found their number on the BBB site and called them. I spoke to someone who told me that they would hand deliver the product since Im a local customer. Nothing showed up and I reached out again today and my calls go right to VM and my texts are not being responded to.

      Placed an order and paid extra for *** to be delivered by 11/17. As of 11/18, nothing has shipped. The business does not respond to multiple emails sent. This is the second time ordering, first time paid extra $20 for 2nd day air and it didn't ship until 7 days after order placed. Their lack of communication is beyond unprofessional. I want my order shipped immediately with free expedited shipping.

      I placed an online order with Avalanche Vapes, I was charged for said order, the order was never processed (much less fulfilled) and I have been unable to contact the business either by phone, email, their website, or social media regarding the order/a refund.
