Date of online purchase: October 16, 2023.Order was of a pack of 10 **** ************** disposable vapes. $138.59 was charged to my Chase Credit card on October 17, 2023 I've sent 5 emails with no response. I've never received a shipped date, or the product.Initial Complaint

Order was placed on 7/31 and 2nd day air shipment was requested and promised by 8/4. Delivery is scheduled for 8/9 which was the free delivery option. Contacted seller to no response and see that it is common practice for them. I want my $20 in shipping costs refunded since they did not use 2nd day air as promised.Initial Complaint
