If I could give zero stars I would. The owner *************************** is a con artist and bully to the kids. If she didnt like you, you knew it. If your parents question why we paid for a tournament and never got to go to she made sure to be rude to you also. She has said we had to do a fundraiser at the end of our season and if we didnt raise the money she would charge our cards. Majority of parents thought this was optional. It was for a streaming network that we as a team wouldnt be able to use, so as parents we didnt think we needed to pay $300+ more for something that we cant even use. At the beginning of the season we paid all this money and I believe she used it to pay for personal things and not for our team where it should have gone. We were a travel team and paid extra but never actually traveled. When we brought it up she told us she wasnt going to talk about it and shut us down. We paid $390 extra to go to ***** and then we found out she never registered our team. We found that out a week before we were suppose to be in *****. Only because we as parents were asking so we can see where we needed to stay and book our flights. The place we practice at flooded in July, so we had to do clinics else where till they fixed the floors. After everyone paid $1000+ after joining they then paid for the floors to get fixed. I believe that was suppose to be for part of ***** but because we need a place to practice they used our start up money for the floors. I just want to make sure no other parent or child has to experience her actions or behavior. She will also make sure to have other girls bully your kid if she doesnt like you (parent) or the child. I also have screenshots of all conversations with her and the group chat of our team and her rude and inappropriate behavior. Please do research on her before joining. All we wanted was for our daughter to play the sport she loves and grow to be a better player and instead she was bullied and torn down.
